The Shipyard Golf Club is such a great place to spend your day. With a family fun oriented course, it promises to be a highlight of your trip to Hilton Head Island. This club offers three courses: the Clipper Course, the Galleon Course, and the Brigantine Course. The Clipper course is the most difficult course with plenty of sand and water hazards, the Galleon course is the original nine holes, and has large oaks and tall pines to meander through, and the Brigantine course is no stranger to alligators, and there are plenty of water hazards to play around. This Club is a bit on the pricier side depending on how far in advance you book, but offers a bang for your buck! It has a fantastic restaurant on the grounds, and an 18- hole course for you to book your tee time. The scenic water and forest course offers enough challenges for you to have a great game. This club has received a lot of hype in the past for being one of the best courses you can visit, and people certainly agree with the sentiment. The Oyster Reef Golf Club is beautiful, scenic, and has water hazards to bring your game to life. Lagerhead Tavern is open for dining from 11am-8pm daily, and promises to be some of the best lowcountry cuisine you can get! To get reduced rates, they offer an annual pass so you can keep coming back to enjoy the course, without the daily rate.
