HGTV Deems These Beachside Getaway Vacation Rentals “Wow-Worthy”

If you’re an HGTV Dream Home fan and have been following the news, you probably know that the HGTV Dream Home 2020 is located on Hilton Head Island.  That’s exciting news - but to us here at Beachside Getaway, we’re even MORE excited to find out that HGTV chose three of our fabulous vacation properties for their list of “Wow-Worthy Vacation Homes”.  

First (literally) on the list is 10 Sea Oak - Casa Beleza, a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath oceanfront home on South Forest Beach where you can enjoy spectacular ocean views through the pines from almost every room.  This home is open and airy with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, skylights and subtle, elegant décor.  Grill out on the spacious deck overlooking the pool and the ocean, lay out beside the private pool, relax in the hot tub, or walk to the ocean via your very own private path, which includes a peaceful sun deck in the dunes.  

Next on the list is 17 Firethorn, a one-of-a-kind South Forest Beach home named “Fire and Ice” for its multiple indoor and outdoor fire features, and incredible 1500 sq. ft. screened outdoor “atrium” that includes a pool with six-foot waterfall, outdoor misters and multiple arching pool jets, as well as a heated side patio for cool nights, and an outdoor kitchenette.  The home has 5 bedrooms, 6 full baths, 2 half baths and an elevator to help everyone easily get where they need to go.  With two main living areas and two master suites, this gorgeous property has enough personality to live up to its name.
