COVID-19 UPDATE- The fitness center for Springwood Villas remain closed at this time. The pool is currently not closed due to COVID but is subject to seasonal opening and closing schedules. Please inquire about availability before booking. During this time changes to available amenities could be possible without notice and guests may use the pool, if open, at their own risk. When the pool is open, the HOA has decided to not provided seating. Guests may bring their own beach chairs and use at their own risk when open.
Located just to the left of the entrance of Springwood Villas, 71 is a 2nd-floor townhouse with newly decorated rooms and furnishing. The 1st level of this townhouse features a lovely kitchen with an opening to the dining room and living room. There is also a powder room on the main floor. The living room features a large flat-screen TV and access to the back patio. The patio has a spiral staircase leading to the yard and pool area for Springwood Villas. The 2nd floor of the townhouse features 2 bedrooms each with private baths. The guest room features a queen and twin, a TV, and a bath. Just down the hall, the master bedroom features a king bed, TV, and private bathroom. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The villa is an 8-minute walk straight to the beach. The villa also includes the use of the Players Club Fitness Center located just across the street. Everything you need within a 10-minute walk
