Really clean, modern amenities, great location a block from the beach. We have a family of 6 and fit comfortably. While the inside family area and couch is small, there is a big porch with plenty of seating. The downstairs space which has another bedroom and kitchen area was great as well. Overall I would highly recommend.

The stay was perfect. The split level gave everyone a space to enjoy themselves while being with the family. The short walk to beach is one of the best things. We had a wedding in Bluffton and the location was easy to access from the location. I would stay there again and my mom ,dad & brother asked about how they can stay there. Great organization to deal with. Thanks guys.

Very pleased with the 2 apartment house. Clean, wonderful location, (1 minute walk from the beach) and easy communication with the property owners. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for our extended family of 9. So close to the beach that it made it very easy to go back and forth throughout the day. This area is a bit quieter than some other parts of the island which was a plus for us. Lots of room to spread out on the beach! And still an easy bike ride to Coligny and restaurants. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The porch was lovely-- if only we had been luckier with the weather! A plus that was not mentioned in the listing were several available beach chairs to use. The only disappointment is that the spa is truly just a spa and not a hot tub-- has great jets but does not get hotter than the pool, even after paying for heat. Overall a wonderful stay and we will definitely return!

Loved the place!

The property and the overall stay was as good as it gets. It was clean, well maintained, and loaded with amenities. The location is also hard to beat. It's a very short walk to the beach and a mile from shopping and dining, and a stone's throw from a nice walking/ bike path. My personal favorite spot, the screened in porch.

The house was very close to the beach and had a lot of great features such as laundry on both floors, a pool/spa, a VERY well stocked kitchen, TVs in every room, a very very nice screened in porch and porch furniture, and nice bathroom accommodations. Our only complaint was that it was a tiny house with a lot of furniture-but it accommodated a lot of people. Also, the pool/spa struggled to stay warm even after paying for the pool heating-but I think that was reflective of the cold weather. Overall a great vacation. Also the people at Beachside were great to work with and very responsive! They even called to make sure some of the items left behind weren’t ours!

We had a fantastic time in Hilton Head. The whole beachfront staff went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We're going back next year!

We enjoyed our house and the proximity to the beach!

Of all the properties we’ve stayed while visiting Hilton Head, this is our favorite. Great location to beach access and short bike ride to Coligny or Sea Pines. The house was so comfortable and very well stocked. We loved having our own pool. Do note the the two levels are separated by an outside stairway which was ok for our family. Looking forward to our next visit to 3 Elderberry!

Wonderful. Lots of room. Screened in porch was great, no bugs yet outside. Spent a lot of time in the evenings. Pool & spa were a lot of fun with our family. Would stay again with large group. Plenty of room for at least 10 people. If you use the sofas, even more.

Perfect for grandparents with kids and grandchildren. The downstairs was a nice place for the grandparents to stay while the families stayed upstairs. The pool was a hit and the short walk to the beach great. Restaurants were close and kid friendly. The screen room was a favorite hangout play area. We are ready to come back even though we just got home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head! 3 Elderberry was beautiful! The location to the beach was so convenient and the pool was relaxing after fun in the sun. The lower level apartment was perfect for my daughter, son-in-law and new grandson to have their own space. The recent updates are beautiful! Will definitely go back to 3 Elderberry!

The house was perfect for our family. The renovations were better than expected and the location was the best, close walk to the beach on a quiet street.

We had a wonderful time in the home for the week. It's a close walk to the beach, has a beautiful screened in porch, and is well stocked. Overall the home could use a little updating (exterior paint, pool ready to be refinished) but nothing that affected our stay! Would love to stay again.

The location of this property is ideal! 4 minute walk to the beach, right near the entrance to the scenic Sea Pines and a small walk to Coligny Beach. The house is convenient for a family or three couples. Some maintenance needs to be done on the house but adequate for a week stay. It could have been cleaner but they have only a few hours to turn it over before the next guests arrive. Overall, we were satisfied as I always bring my own cleaning products when I stay in a rented facility. (Yes, I am a clean freak!)

3 Elderberry Lane was a wonderful home to enjoy for a week. So close to the beach access! The lower level unit was perfect for us grandparents. The upper level was perfect for a family with 4 teenagers and a dog. It was clear the owners were dog lovers..and it was comforting for us to see the 'angel dogs' as we had lost our beloved chocolate lab just 4 weeks before the trip. Great place for our first visit to Hilton Head Island. We loved it!

We had a great week. Loved the location to the beach. The kitchen was a little lacking for a family that cooked most meals. More utensils would have been nice. But we would rent it again.

For our family, this was the perfect spot. Close to an awesome and beautiful beach. Great location, very spacious. We had 2 families for upstairs/downstair unit - 7 people total. Really quiet street, no traffic. Pool & patio/grill & enclosed large patio provides plenty of outdoor lounging area. Tthis accommodation was perfect. We would definitely return here.
