Coming for Summer of 2023! We’re Renovating! When construction is complete at 79 Kingston Dunes, we will have a five bedroom, five and a half bath home. The main level will have a large, beautiful great room including an all new kitchen with a large island, spacious dining, an area perfect for games and puzzles, a family space with a big screen TV, and a half bath.
For sleeping or quiet time, we will have three bedrooms on the main level, all with ensuite bathrooms, and each in a separate area of the home for added privacy! The main bedroom on the back of the house will have a king bed and bath with double vanity and shower. A second bedroom will have two twin beds and an ensuite bath with a single vanity and tub/shower combination. The third bedroom on the main level is wheelchair accessible and will have a queen bed and accessible bathroom with a roll-in shower!
On the brand new second level you’ll find two more bedrooms and a bonus room. The bedrooms are separated and very private. One will have a queen bed and ensuite bath with a double vanity and shower. The second is a bunk room with four built-in bunk beds. The bonus room will be a large, fun space with a big screen TV and plenty of seating. A bath with a tub/shower combination will be between the bunk and bonus rooms, creating a great space for kids!
Outside you can enjoy the pool (which can be heated) and an expanded pool deck, play corn hole and other outdoor games, have a meal, or lounge in the hammock or Adirondack chairs.
