Very happy with this condo and location!

It was great and exceeded my expectations. * Truly, a 5 minute drive to Coligny Beach public parking * 1/16th of a mile from Shipyard Golf, which although the course is not pristine; it was just fine for two son's and I. And not $150 per round. It was $80 for 18 holes * The Condo is awesome! Nicely appointed in the kitchen with lots of cooking utensils, it even had extras like a Scotch bright pad to do dishes, Dishwashing soap and detergent for the machine and some extra garbage bags. Also there were coffee filters and salt and pepper and some other items. * The internet was strong and password connection perfect * TV had lots of cable channels with a simple remote. And Netflix. * The beds were very comfortable, My king bed room with patio overlooks the backyard which has a beautiful large tree with Spanish moss; I saw a few hummingbirds. The backyard ends at a pond which connects the the shipyard golf course were a small alligator lives. Parking right in front just steps to the entrance. * The downstairs living space is spacious with two couches and a nice dining room table. Really this place is excellent all around...We loved it. TY and pepper and some other items.

Perfect location for a family getaway

The check in process was easy and all communication with beachside getaways was fine. The unit was well stocked which we appreciated. It was nice that they had extra dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags and even sandwich bags too. We loved the pool as well. It’s so close to the condo and quiet and clean. The mattresses were all also awful and so uncomfortable. Even my kids complained about the mattresses and they will usually sleep anywhere. I think beachside getaways was fine but the condo itself needs a big upgrade.

I love the Shipyard Plantation but would not stay in this condo again. We arrived and found it to be very dated. The beds in the second bedroom were very uncomfortable. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms were adequate but by no means luxurious.

Beachy, fun getaway in a gated community. Could use a few updates (doors especially) but the place had everything else you need. Great location, bike-able to Coligny or the community beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at 6 Sailmaster. The location was great (close to the beach, walking trails and Coligny) and the owner was very quick to respond to any inquiries. The unit is stocked with everything you need for your stay and the BBQ was a nice bonus.

This townhome is exactly as described. Photos accurately portrait the property. It was very clean and neat when we arrived. Owner provided hotel size toiletries, dish washer blocks, laundry detergent, trash bags, brand new dish sponge, cooking oil, salt/pepper and sugar. Two sets of bath towels (nicely bleached) were provided per guest. Shipyard does not have direct access to beach. The ground is beautifully landscaped and lots of open green space throughout. It is within easy biking distance (10-15 minutes on bike trail) to the nearest public beach, playground, restaurants, grocery stores and shops. There was no issue dealing with Beachside Getaway (property mgmt). They also followed up a few times during our stay. We rented bikes from the place recommended by Beach Getaway - free delivery and pick up at the property made the rental very convenient. We will absolutely stay at this property again!
