Upon entering the foyer you will be greeted by tons of natural light shining into the living room. On the left side of the house is the powder room and 1st bedroom with ensuite. This main bedroom has a king bed and love seat, with an attached bathroom. The main bathroom has a shower and separate tub shower as well as double sinks. On the right side of the home features the den for a quiet sitting area and sleeper sofa, and the other 2 guest bedrooms. The 1st bedroom has a king bed and shares the bathroom with the twin bedroom. The shared bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
The main part of the home is the living and dining room spaces. The living room has 2 couches and chairs facing the large flat screen TV. The dining area has seating for up to 8 guests and lots of natural light shining through. Just off the living room is the spacious Carolina Room. The Carolina room is enclosed with lots of windows with lanscape and lagoon views. There are tables and chairs as well as sofas so you can choose to watch TV, play a game or create a puzzle in this wonderful mix of inside living with outdoor feel. The home has a laundry room and wireless internet throughout. There is a large semi circle driveway with parking for up to 4 vehicles.
In addition to the beach, just steps away, there are miles of bike paths and local wildlife to see. Across the street from Palmetto Dunes is the famed Shelter Cove Harbor and Marina. A few miles down you can visit the Sea Pines Resort or Coligny Plaza. There are endless things to do while visiting the She Shack!
