Wonderful property-super location-walkable area. Pool was beautiful. House was clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Overall a wonderful place to stay. The house was as advertised clean, comfortable and has all the amenities needed for a great vacation experience. We can't wait to stay at Mimi's place again!!

House was great, Nice pool and Beach access. House was well equipped and clean. No Complaints what so ever. Quick response to a few little issues and immediately taken care of.

We had 4 little kids, 4 parents and 4 grandparents and this place was fantastic! The pool, beach access and proximity to town made for an ideal week in Hilton Head. House was clean, big, well-stocked. Loved it all. No complaints!

Enjoyed the stay. Wonderful home with a great location. Truly feel we were using someone's home that rents it too....did not feel like a rental property but a home. We will return.

This is a lovely home with many nice amenities. The new kitchen with two refrigerators and two dishwashers made life easy as our family has seventeen people. The pool and outside space is large and everything is very well maintained. The only downside that we encountered was the day beds in the third floor bedrooms. They were more like benches under the windows and did not really work well as beds as they are very narrow. But all in all, we had a wonderful week in this beautiful home.

We rented Mimi's place for spring break 2021, it was our first time in Hilton head, we had an awesome time as a family, wishing weather would have been a bit warmer, but can't control that. Only couple issues we had with the house were handled promptly and efficiently by the management company, kudos to them. Great setting, great house, excellent boardwalk to the beach, overall give the property and the experience a 5.0.

The house and location were perfect. The layout was great for our group. The only issue was that the dryer did not work, but the property manager arranged for our laundry and towels to be picked up, cleaned, and returned. We had a blast!

Loved this property! It was perfect for 11 extended family and friends! The pictures don't show all the stairs so our 70 somethings were cognizant of what they needed in the full kitchen before they made there way up. Everyone loved having their own bedroom and bath so they could have peace. Would recommend!

House was spectacular!

Property was located perfectly on the beach with private access. Pool, hot tub were great additions. Property managers were responsive to all of my questions. House was extremely clean. Recommended do all.

Property was exceptional. Incredible ocean views and great location.

Our entire family (12) from ages 13-84 lived our week at this house. There was plenty to do and how the bedrooms were spread out lent an air of privacy for the occupants. I would definitely recommend this house!

Bedrooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. Lovely views of the ocean from the main floor. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing.

Everything was great. Beach towels were appreciated. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice pool.

Beachside Getaway was by far the best vacation rental / property management firm we have ever encountered. We have used vacation homes at various beaches for years for family vacations and these folks were the best. They reach out regularly, check in on us during the stay and after we left they were quickstep contact us about items we left behind! We've already had those items returned. Last summer we couldn't even get a returned phone call after our departure from the local property management firm. BEACHSIDE IS OUTSTANDING

Had family and 8 kids with us - and we loved the house and location. Made for a great vacation. The beach was close and wonderful. We had a blast walking to get ice cream. We enjoyed the pool and pool volleyball. I highly recommend to families or a group of families.
