This 4th-row North Forest Beach home boasts classic heart pine wood floors and is styled in coastal elegance. Located off North Forest Beach, 19 Egret is just a few steps to the ocean and a short walk Coligny Plaza.
Upon entering the home, you are greeted with a warm foyer with seating. Off to the left is the entrance to the kitchen, featuring gourmet appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen breakfast bar has seating for 6 and is open to the living room. The living room has plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV. Off the living room are several doors to the wrap-around covered porch. Next, you will find the large dining table with a full bench and seating for 5 more in chairs.
Just past the dining room is the queen guest bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a cozy chair. There is a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination just outside the door to the bedroom. To the right of the entry are the other guest bedrooms. The 1st features 2 sets of bunk beds for a total of 4 twin beds and a flat-screen TV. The next guest bedroom has a king bed with a flat-screen TV. These bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a tub and shower combination.
The main floor also has a large laundry room with space to fold all the beach towels. The house has ceiling fans throughout and wi-fi service.
Just upstairs is the definition of a master suite. Before entering the bedroom there is a great conversation sitting area with comfy chairs, perfect for hanging out. Inside the master bedroom are a large four-poster bed and ceiling fan. The TV area of the master bedroom has a couch and ottoman, and of course a flat-screen TV. The attached master en-suite bathroom has all the space you can ask for with his and her vanities, private tub, shower, and bench for getting ready in the morning.
The private back yard has a large 12' x 24' pool with lounge chairs and a dining area for al fresco dining. Just off the pool are a ping pong table and a gas grill. The real gem of 19 Egret is the wrap-around covered porch with ample seating, a hammock, and rockers leaving no real reason to have to leave the house for the perfect afternoon. The pool can be heated for an additional charge.

We recently spent our family vacation on HHI at Beachside Getaway and loved it! You can't beat the location for proximity to the beach and Coligny. The house was clean, comfortable and provided everything you need for a weeklong vacation, i.e. coffee maker, serving dishes, beach towels, etc. The hosts left nice touches as well like local coffee and a bottle of prosecco. We thoroughly enjoyed the large from porch for morning and evening family time too. Can I mention we had a terrific ping pong tournament for the week too?? Overall, it was a great experience and a lovely place to spend time with our family.

We had the most wonderful stay here. The house is set up so well for a couple of families staying together. We had lots of young kids and the access to the pool is a separate door so it felt so safe. The beach is a 30 second walk and the house was stocked with EVERYTHING you could ever need. Will absolutely come back!

Location, location! 2 minutes to the beach. Less than 5 minute walk to the shopping restaurants. Easy biking. Nice outdoor space. Wonderful house where everything was there to cook and feel right at home.

Wonderful home and perfect location. 100 steps to the beach and a short 1/2 mile walk to Coligny plaza with restaurants, shops, playground and fun activities. Great place for families with kids or teenagers.

The location to the beach and town is perfect. When we checked out the neighborhood, we noticed that this pool was one of the few to have shade for the pool. The sun is hot and you can rinse off the ocean with the outdoor shower and then enjoy a shaded pool! The wrap around deck is wonderful for talking with family or reading a book on the quiet street. We would stay here again. (Oh and our door code didn’t work on arrival but the management company resolved on first call within minutes.)

This house is in the perfect location and the rooms are perfect for what our family was looking for. We will always have this location on our radar every year we come down.
Beautiful property in a peaceful location! The only thing that could have made it better would have been if there was a hot tub!:)
