The house is a perfect layout for multiple families as it has 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and 2 dining areas. On the main floor, there is an open kitchen, living room, dining room, and bedrooms. The 1st bedroom on the groundfloor has 2 twin beds. The next guest bedroom has a queen bed and access to the back patio. These rooms share the ground level bathroom as well. Also, on the ground level is the laundry room with an additional twin bed.
Upstairs is the main floor of the house. The kitchen is well equipped with ample cabinet space and an eat-in breakfast bar. The dining room has seating for 8 and is centrally located so everyone can enjoy meals together. The living room features a large flat-screen TV and ocean views. Just off the living room are the bedrooms. The 1st guest bedroom features a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the hallway. Next is the king guest bedroom with an additional twin bed, en suite bath, and flat screen. On the other side of the living room are the master bedroom and bath with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and access to the back deck. The back deck has ample seating and overlooks the newly plastered (2019) and brand-new pool deck. Enjoy al fresco dining with thecharcoal grill. At the pool, there are plenty of places to soak up the sunincluding a private sun deck and beach access.
