The main level having the kitchen (remodeled as of 2021), living room, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has two queen bedrooms and private bathroom while the other bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. The floor is complete with a powder room and access to the raised pool deck.
Upstairs you will find the other three bedrooms and a laundry room. The first of the three bedrooms is the master. This bedroom has a view of the ocean and access to a private deck. The room has a king bed and large private bathroom. The next bedroom also has a king bed along with a private bathroom. This room also has a deck with staircase access to the pool deck level. The last bedroom in the main house is a bunk room. The bunk room has bunk bed (twin over twin) along with a trundle/day bed that can be converted to two full sized beds. This kids room has a private bathroom as well!
Attached to the main house is a cottage that will be the perfect getaway or a quiet place to relax for members of the family looking for more privacy. But it is also attached by a short hallway, making it just as much part of the home as the upstairs! The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen, a living room, and a separate laundry room. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and queen bed.
