My family loved our week at this place. It's a beautiful home with tons of space and an unbeatable location. Great kitchen. Great light in the upstairs living area. Tons of character throughout. Beautiful ocean views from the upper levels. Great pool and hot tub area - very large and private especially considering how close to the beach the home is. The management company was responsive and easy to deal with - directions for your stay are all very clear and easy to follow. We're hoping to stay here again soon.

The house and it's location was perfect. Been going to HH for years and this was the best experience so far! Would definitely stay here again.

A large house where our group of 11 people could sleep spaciously but also retreat. The sea was still a little too cold for swimming a lot. That was unfortunate because we had not spent our attention well as a result. Next time we will rent other things. The heated pool was great. There were plenty of towels and 2(!) washing machines and dryers. The house is decorated with a lot of care and taste with many personal details. There are nice books and, for example, jigsaw puzzles that we had a good time with. The hosting organization is quick to respond and also sends tips in between or asking if there is anything else they can do. Definitely recommended. We'll be back!

Everything about this beach rental was perfect. It was extremely clean & and had all the supplies we needed. The pool was amazing and warm throughout our whole stay. We can’t wait to come back and stay there again!

Communication was great and friendly. The location was perfect! Close enough to the nightlife of Coligny Square that the kids could ride their bikes there but far enough away that traffic was light. Also close enough to the beach that we could sneak in 15 minutes of throwing the football by the ocean while waiting for family members to get ready to go out. Quite relaxing but never boring! Will do again!!

Easy checking in with keyless key pad. Huge pool, well appointed kitchen with every utensil you can think of. Beautiful ocean views from 2nd and 3rd floors. If traveling with little ones you will need to have 3-4 gates for all the stairs. We ended up blocking stairs off with furniture . Overall it was a great location super close to the beach.

We absolutely loved this rental. Plenty of room for our families, beautiful inside and out. It had everything we needed and more. The great pool and game room got plenty of use! This location is great for quick access to the beach and to Coligny.

This house exceeded our expectations. The pictures online are gorgeous but don't even do it justice. Beachside Getaway manages this property. They checked in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed and were very responsive when we had any questions. The house is spacious, great yard, super close to the beach and it had wonderful amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family loved the house, the location and the amenities. We loved the easy access to the beach and to Coligny. There was a problem with the coffee maker but they promptly replaced it! Great customer service. There's a good chance we'll be back.

20 Gannet Street is a warm and welcoming vacation home to stay in. It has breath taking ocean views, direct beach access, exceptional decor and family friendly amenities. My family and I are looking forward to rebooking next year. Thank you to the home owners for sharing their lovely home! My family and I made memories that we will cherish.

Great place for a large group. Well maintained and updated.

20 Gannet is incredible - the pictures don't do it justice! The house itself was beautiful, the kitchen was a dream and fully stocked! The beach access was maybe 15 feet from the house, our toes were in the sand in 60 seconds which was AMAZING with 10 kids under the age of 10 in tow! The biggest surprise based on pictures was the pool. In the pictures I thought it looked small but it definitely is not! Compared to other beachfront/ near beachfront homes we have stayed in - the pool at 20 Gannet is HUGE! i was really impressed that the house had dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry pods available upon arrival. There was a second washer and dryer in the garage for beach towels and sandy items, we never had to drag sandy items through the house. We will reserve 20 Gannet every year from now on for our annual Hilton Head vacation!
