11 Sandpiper Street

When we stayed here in July of 2020, we had a great experience and decided to book again in June of 2022. This house has spacious living areas, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for all parties to have their own space. The beach is a straight, easy walk of only a few minutes. The pool is awesome and large enough for all adults and kids to enjoy together after a day at the beach. The outdoor pool bathroom, tiki hut, bar area, and outdoor mini refrigerator made a huge difference and were so convenient. We enjoyed our entire stay...for a second time!

Great area and neighborhood to recharge the battery!

We loved it! The house accommodated our large group very easily. It was clean and well maintained. It was in a great location; close to a popular shopping area and the beach was within walking distance (maybe 2 blocks).

Great place spacious and great location. 

Great location, quiet neighborhood, very short walk to the beach. Very convenient to shopping, dining and sightseeing. Only a few items we found needing improvement, but any rental property will have some items needing attention. My grandkids had a wonderful time in the pool, the big hit on our trip. Would highly recommend this property.

Great location and stay!

This was our second stay at this house and it would definitely be our first choice again for a group trip when we go back to Hilton Head. We absolutely love everything about it. The layout is perfect for our family of 4, parents, brother and niece.

Absolutely loved this place. There were four of us so we had plenty of room. Showers were incredible!! Hung out at the pool and large patio area. Will stay there again!

Location is great! Perfect size… fit 11 people very comfortably and Loved that everyone could have their own bathroom! The outside/pool area was nice…. Has everything needed, hot tub, grill, pool, cute tiki bar and putting green which the kids loved. House was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. Would be nice to have more towels, and bath mats available.

The suits a family stay well. Hot tub went out during stay but repaired toward the end. 

Beautiful home perfect for our gathering with extended family. Plenty of space to gather together and all of us to have private space when needed. Owner was very responsive. Would love to return.

This is a wonderful property. All amenities are provided, it is the perfect bed and bedroom configuration for my family, and the house is great both inside and out. On top of that, communication with the property managers was top-notch. I had questions prior to the trip and all were answered promptly and graciously. I am already trying to plan my next trip to this property!

The property had a quirky layout but worked great for multiple families.

We had a great family trip to Hilton Head. The home was perfect for our 6 adults and two kids. Bathrooms were updated. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was perfect. Short walk down to the beautiful beach where we spent most of our week. Short bike ride to shops and restaurants. We would definitely come back!

11 Sandpiper never disappoints! This is our #4 year of returning to our "happy place"- and yes #5 is booked. The outside space- mostly the pool, tiki bar, and gas grill along with large patio area are favorite spots to enjoy. The home is a short walk to the beach and is very private. We LOVE this home- and especially thank the homeowners for the ability to enjoy it. Bye HH until next year.

We have been vacationing at beaches for 35 years with our family, and this was the best house we have ever rented. It was spotless, well appointed and comfortable. It is located about two blocks from the beach, close enough for our 3 year old granddaughter to walk. The pool and outside were a great addition to the house. The property manager, Steve, was responsive and extremely helpful, letting us know the house was ready as soon as he was notified by the cleaning company. We will return as soon as we can.

11 Sandpiper was an excellent choice for our family vacation at Hilton Head Island. The house was perfect for accommodating our crew of 7 adults, 1 child, & an infant. Clean, convenient, great layout, and the outdoor space was superb. We look forward to staying here again!

This house was PERFECT for our family and will be for years to come. The layout of the house being basically on one floor with only one small step down worked perfect for our grandbabies, some which are brand new walkers. The large pool and deck area right outside the back door was a wonderful space to hang out while all of the babies were napping just feet away. And the tiki hut and hot tub were perfect for our adult children, aka moms and dads of all the babies, to hang out in the evening hours. There was no need to ever leave the property other than to make the short walk to the beach. We’ll definitely be back!

This was a perfect house for our family! The layout is exactly what we needed for our family of 4, my parents, brother and niece. Everything is updated and very clean. The outdoor living space was our favorite and the second family room was great for evenings when no one could agree on what to watch on TV:)

Multi-family get together; very comfortable; kids loved pool, adults pool and pool area. Walking distance to beach for all to enjoy. Fenced back yard added to privacy. Had couple questions early on, and prop mgr (Steve) very easy to connect with and very responsive. Everyone had a great time

The house was so clean. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. We had 10 adults and a 7 month old. Nice big kitchen and eating area. My brothers family stayed in the Jack and Jill Bedroom area. My dad had a double room. The two other king rooms were perfect for my sister/husband and myself/boyfriend. We loved all having our own bathrooms. We all loved the pool and tiki bar area. The pool bathroom was a great addition so we didn't have to go inside. Short walk to the beach was perfect. We were all talking about going again next year.

I can't say enough great things about this house. We have come to HHI for the past 29 years and this house is by far the best one we have stayed in. The place was very clean. The layout of the house was spacious and fit our family wonderfully. The pool was spectacular! The tiki hut was very large and accommodated our family for a cookout and birthday party. We hope to be able to come back again and again to this incredible home!

The property was everything we hoped for and was advertised as a pet friendly property. It was clean and well appointed for adults and kids. We will definitely return with or without our pet.

We had a great week in N Forest Beach. The house was in a great location, close to the beach & Coligny but private as well. The outdoor space is amazing and kept our 4 entertained and occupied all week.

This house was perfect for our family get away. We had six adults and five children and we all had plenty of space for sleeping and down town. The property had plenty of cookware and dishes for use during our stay. We loved the pool. We payed for the heating of the pool which worked out great beings that it was a little cold during our stay. It was a very easy walk to the beach. Easy to communicate with and answers all our questions. Overall we had a great stay in Hilton Head Island.

Excellent location, super outdoor space. Interior living is not “luxury” but clean and great for pets and the kitchen and bathrooms are nicely updated.
