106 Windsor Place is a gorgeous 2-bedroom, 2 bath Villa in Palmetto Dunes Plantation. Totally transformed throughout with brand new plank-style porcelain floors providing the wispy look of weathered driftwood, upscale modern living room furniture, and a paint palette of soft coastal hues of blue, green and tan mimicking sky, water, and sand. This elegant Villa is just a 2-minute walk to the beach. Guests will enjoy a view of the grass lawn and trees, oceanfront swimming pool, and glimpses of the Atlantic Ocean. Welcome to paradise!
As you enter 106 Windsor Place, conveniently located on the first floor, there is a beautiful natural wood dining table that seats six guests in comfort via four high-back, cushioned wood chairs, and two all-fabric high-backed end chairs. The seashell and coral table runner ties the set to the adjacent painting from a local artist, featuring an abstract of the shoreline, pulling in vibrant colors of the sunset. The harmonious low country vibes immediately remind you of the airy, breezy feeling of the beach and the fact that you are on vacation!
On the right of the entry are 3 swivel, height adjustable stools at the breakfast bar in blue and chartreuse. Granite countertops contrast with fabulous teal blue kitchen utensils, drinkware, and a beach painting on the wall. On the left is a door leading to the laundry room, with a full-sized washer and dryer. The kitchen offers your choice for fresh brewed coffee with grounds or convenient Keurig K-cups. There is a blender, toaster, and everything you need to feel at home.
Adjacent to the kitchen is an exquisite living room, with a modern gunmetal leather sleeper sofa, matching loveseat, and two large Great Egret paintings on the wall. Delightful accent pillows in ultra-suede and 2 pillows with a wading bird motif will provide ultimate comfort during your vacation. Bring along your favorite book, and enjoy reading it in the unique armchair and ottoman, with Great Blue Herons and Green Herons on the fabric! A 39-inch flat-screened TV is mounted on the wall above the grey console, perfect for watching movies with the family—and it is Wi-Fi ready for streaming your favorite programs from your Hulu or Netflix account. With such a soothing color scheme, tasteful decorations, and technology options, guests will be in heaven!
The large covered deck may be accessed through a sliding glass door. A round teak-wood table with four chairs are bar height for excellent views, and a second table plus two upright chairs provide ample seating outdoors. Drink a hot cup of coffee in the morning, sip a cool lemonade while basking in the sunshine or a glass of wine in the evening while you watch the sunset. Take in the ocean breeze, along with sweeping views of the lush tropical landscaping, and peeks of the waves rolling in!
The master bedroom is just dreamy, with its king-sized bed covered in a white quilted-ruffle comforter, featuring white “black-out” curtains at the windows flanked by deeper purple curtains should you wish to nap during the day, and a Great Blue Heron painting on the wall. The fabric chair with a luxurious throw blanket will make you feel at home. Sharing the same view as the living room, lie in bed and see the tropical trees. There is yet another flat screen TV in the master for catching up on current events and a sleek reclaimed wood sliding door to the private bath, truly giving the feeling of an upscale retreat. Enjoy the soaking tub after a great day of tanning at the beach. A separate shower next to the giant seashell décor is a nice alternative. Granite countertops with double sinks, a walk-in closet with two luggage racks, a blow dryer and lighted makeup mirror all spell convenience for our valued guests.
On the opposite side of the Villa is the charming guest suite -- situated with a door that closes off the bedroom, bathroom, and closet from the rest of the Villa, for a luxurious feeling of privacy. This room is tastefully decorated in the soothing colors of sand and shells and features two double beds with crisp white comforters in a subtle pattern representing the waves of the ocean. The accent pillows bring in a soft tan that matches the accent color of the walls and an adorable shore-bird lamp offers finishing touches. This suite has a separate glass sliding door accessing the deck and outdoor seating.
In addition, the guest bedroom has a flat-screen TV that has cable TV but is also Wi-Fi ready for streaming your favorite shows. Simply log-in to your account such as Hulu or Netflix and never miss a beat on your favorite programs.
The adjoining bathroom to this suite has a huge waterfall shower, subtle blue ocean-pattern tiled walls and a floor that is reminiscent of the sand and shell theme of this suite. The shower features a fold-away teak wood bench and is equipped with ample hooks for your wet swimwear and towels. A blow dryer is provided.
