150 Jacana - Formerly 10 Jacana

This place was the best vacation house I have ever stayed at. The house is set up so nicely for multiple families as there’s two king master suites on separate sides of the home. The pool is amazing, and it’s a very short walk to the beach. The beach area is not as crowded in this area. The kitchen was set up with everything we needed, and plenty of towels were provided. The beds were super comfy. We will plan to come back again!

The house was fantastic! Clean, Convenient, Comfortable! Easy walk to the beach. Great access to Coligny Plaza. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool was lots of fun. Loved the fenced in yard for my pups!

Place was as advertised. 2 minute walk to the beach, quiet, clean, well stocked kitchen, books/games, very dog friendly, property managers checked in to make sure all going ok. Highly recommend.

This house was great. The large, heated pool kept our granddaughters happy even if the air was a little cool. The house was very clean, well equipped, and the location was quiet and comfortable. A nice family home at a comfortable price! The Beachside crew especially Quinn and Shania were also great. Any small issues were handled quickly and professionally. We have used Beachside Getaways for many years now and never once been disappointed. In all honesty they have been our favorite and best rental company in our 36 years of traveling. You have no worries if you rent a vacation home through Beachside. Look forward to next spring vacation already.

Clean, well equipped, good location, good space. Needed five bedrooms for ten people--plus yellow lab accommodation. Three bath location required some adjustment, taken in stride by family members. Close to beat and Piggily Wiggily; pickleball not far away. Nice pool.

Everything was just as the listing & pictures showed. Great location. Walked to the beach everyday. Rented bikes and the whole family biked to restaurants and shops on the paths.

The house was spacious for our little group and very close to all amenities one may ask for. A quick stroll to the beach for sunrise followed by a day at the links/shopping or even soaking up the sun midday as it passes over the pool. Neighborhood was active but relatively quiet and relaxed. I would recommend the home to groups of all make up looking to enjoy the Coligny region of the island.

Wonderful experience with this home. Easy walk to beach even with 6 kids ages 1-9. Quiet location but in walking distance to Coligny Plaza. Kitchen is well-stocked. Layout of home worked well for our 3 family group. Pool was clean and provided sunny spots but also wonderful shade. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The house was immaculate! Kitchen is stocked, bath towels are stocked, beach towels are stocked, everything we needed, and it was walking distance to everything!

The house was as advertised. Everything as described on the website was accurate. Two of the bathrooms were updated and good size but were in the master bedrooms. The hall bathroom was small given that it had to be shared by 3 bedrooms/6-8 people. Beachside Getaway was VERY VERY responsive to anything we needed done on the property. Location to beach was close and we enjoyed daily walks to Coligny Plaza for coffee.

Beachside Getaway was amazing to deal with! They answered my questions quickly, provided all necessary information and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. If I had a rental I would definitely want them in my corner. The house was everything they said it would be and was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving meal for a good sized group. We loved the proximity to shopping, grocery stores etc. The only thing we would do differently next time is to have not paid the additional monies to heat the pool this late in the season. The back yard is a bit shaded and it never really got warm enough to swim. On the plus side the back yard is so very dog friendly and our 4 legged friends enjoyed it immensely! Thank you!

Great property and even better property managers - we would definitely stay again. Large backyard for our kiddos and their 4 legged siblings. Loved Forest Beach and walked to get ice cream several days. The weather in October was lovely.

Wonderful property. Well equipped kitchen with everything you would need to prepare a meal. The only thing missing was a crockpot and the management company brought us a brand new one immediately.. This was by far the best management company I have ever worked with. Checked in on us a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property

The location was great with such a short walk to the beach. The house was clean and well cared for. The management company was fantastic to work with, the best we've come across! We had to change the dates of our trip from what we originally booked, and they helped us with that, they quickly answered all questions, and when our door code stopped working on our last day there, it was fixed in a matter of minutes. We definitely recommend this place and we hope to be back.

I’ve been vacationing in the Carolinas for over a decade and this is hands down the best rental we’ve stayed in. The location is amazing; 2 blocks to the beach and walking distance to Coligny Plaza. The house had everything we needed for the week and was very nicely decorated. The fenced yard was a huge plus as I was traveling with 2 dogs. For bonus points my daughter left her pencil case at the property and the management company contacted me so they could mail it back to us. Very above and beyond. Will definitely be working with Beachside Getaway again in the future.

Over all it was nice but pool not working initially, some wrappers around and not super clean. There were also Internet problems which they did fix right away

We stayed a week to “work from home” and had a great trip. Pet friendly, fenced-in yard was a huge plus. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and near good restaurants and shopping. The house has lots of beach chairs, a beach wagon and a lot of beach towels which also nice. We’d stay again

From the moment I booked 10 Jacana I knew it was going to be the perfect home away from home. The management company (Beachside Getaway) sent me confirmation with things to start preparing for the trip. When we arrived the house was exactly as described. We were able to enjoy the heated pool while our dog ran around in the fenced in back yard. I brought a hammock and put it up in the backyard and read. We were also privileged to meet some of the neighbors. The kitchen is well stocked and has new appliances. Loved sitting at the large table and putting together one of the puzzles from the closet. We even extended our stay to enjoy this house as long as we could.

Great house for families and dog friendly! Short walk to the beach and close to the restaurants! We really enjoyed our stay!

Great for a family getaway for teens. Walkable to beach and Coligny. Very communicative property management Comfortable rooms, stocked kitchen utensils and appliances, and nicely decorated. Will definitely recommend and look to stay again.
