Welcome to 7 Full Sweep, a beautifully renovated five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath home tucked away in the heart of Palmetto Dunes. With stylish new interiors, spacious living areas, and a peaceful lagoon setting, this home is the perfect retreat for families and groups looking to enjoy Hilton Head Island in comfort and style.
The home features a fully updated kitchen, stunning bathrooms, and an inviting living room, all thoughtfully designed with modern finishes and coastal charm. Large windows bring in natural light while offering tranquil views of the lagoon just beyond the backyard.
Step outside to enjoy your own private backyard oasis. The pool (heat available for an additional cost) is surrounded by a lush landscape and a spacious pool deck perfect for relaxing in the sun. The large back deck sits just above the pool area and leads down a few steps to the yard, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor space for entertaining. Fire up the three-burner gas grill for evening cookouts or unwind at the private dock overlooking the lagoon, a peaceful spot for morning coffee or sunset views.
When you're ready for the beach, it’s only an 8 minute walk away. During the season (April through September), guests can also take advantage of the complimentary Palmetto Dunes Beach Buggy, making trips to the sand even easier.
With four king suites and a bunk room, the home comfortably accommodates both adults and younger guests. The bunk room bed is custom made of Amish design and features XL twins mattresses.

- Decals must be properly affixed and passes visible at all times. Vehicles without a displayed pass or decal may be cited.
- Parking on roadways or in yards is not permitted.
- Motorcycles are prohibited.
- Cyclists and pedestrians shall use leisure paths where available. Automobiles have the right of way.
- Electric boats belonging to property owners are permitted on lakes and lagoons. Gas engines are prohibited.
- No swimming in lakes or lagoons.
- Loud music or excessive noise is not tolerated at any time.
- Alligators are VERY dangerous. State law prohibits any person from feeding, enticing, or harassing alligators.
- Do not feed wildlife of any kind in Palmetto Dunes.
- Absolutely NO hunting or shooting!
- Absolutely no fireworks!
- Towels and swimwear may NOT be hung on porch railings.
- Trash cans must remain in the service yard for pickup. Do NOT bring them to the street.

We loved the house. It was the perfect size and location. About a five minute walk from the beach. Quiet area with a nice pool and plenty of room inside. The kitchen is a little dated, the dishwasher door was broken and we had to hold it up with our feet as we loaded or unloaded the dishwasher so that the bottom rack would not fall out onto the floor. But the kitchen had everything we needed for making meals for 8 people each night. The bathroom and beach towels provided were great and soaps and shampoos provided were plentiful. We also used the 10% discount on rentals for renting bikes for the week and it was worth it. Everything was great and communication with property manager was fine after a rocky start. Would not stop us from staying in 7 Full Sweep again. Great house.

The house was spacious with an open feel to it. We traveled with a party of 8, and everyone had their own space. The pool was perfect for all levels of swimming ability. Big enough for several pool floats, and lounging in the sun. This house had something for every one in our party, short walk to the beach, a grill for making burgers and steaks, a pool to beat the heat, a lagoon to fish and enjoy the wild life, and when it rained, large smart TVs to watch movies. Located in the middle of the island, it was a short drive or bike ride to all kinds of shops and restaurants. We all enjoyed our time here, and look forward to returning on vacation in the future.

I wish I could live here. This place was beautiful, safe and overall amazing. You have to pass through a gate for entrance and at night, 2 gates. It’s great for a morning walk or bike ride. It’s loaded with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. The house was overall excellent.

The property was in a great location with a 10 minute walk to the beach. Pool was clean and plenty of deck lunge chairs. The house was well stocked with every piece of cookware and appliances needed. I wish we had known all that it offered. Bedrooms were large and clean. Great place and would stay again.
The house was perfect for my sisters and husbands (there were 6 of us). We chose this house as a “nod” to our parents who had recently passed since we had rented the house next door years ago. Full Sweep 7 was spacious - at one point we were all in the kitchen at the same time and it totally worked! The outdoor area and pool are serene and viewing the hawks was a treat. Parking is a breeze with a curved driveway and a trip to beach was simple with a drop off point at the beach access. Truly, it is a wonderful house and the management company was so easy to work with, too!
