Thoughtfully designed within 930 sq. ft., this newly updated retreat combines style and comfort for a rejuvenating stay. Both bathrooms were completely renovated with modern fixtures and a more functional layout.
Outside, enjoy a 5-minute walk to the beach, a spacious deck overlooking a serene lagoon, access to the community pool, and a dedicated EV charger. New for 2025: a private enclosed outdoor shower, perfect after beach days.
The living room features a large TV and oversized sectional sofa. The kitchen is equipped with modern stainless-steel appliances and everything needed for effortless home-cooked meals.
The cottage includes three bedrooms, offering flexibility for families or friends:
Primary bedroom: California king bed, large TV, and ensuite bath with walk-in shower, new vanity, and waterfall plus handheld showerheads.
Second bedroom: Queen and twin bed, large TV, and adjacent full bath with a deep soaking tub, vanity, and rainfall shower combo.
Loft bedroom: Twin-over-queen bunk, small lounge with TV, desk, and chair—great for kids or gamers.
Each room provides a calm, comfortable retreat after a day exploring Hilton Head.
Step outside to the lagoon-view deck, where local wildlife adds to the peaceful atmosphere. Sip your morning coffee surrounded by natural beauty, or rinse off in the private outdoor shower before heading inside.

**Sea Pines Rules and Regulations**
-Sea Pines Plantation prohibits all trailers, pop-up campers, motorcycles (including three wheelers), large-lifted pickup trucks, extended vans, vans with company signage (visitors in company cars will not be allowed in), work vans, golf carts, and RVs. Boats (prior permission needed), kayaks & surf boards (must be on top of car, no trailer), and large family vans. The only exception would be handicap accessible vans.
-Parking along roadsides and off driveways is prohibited
-Beach Club parking is not available, the Trolley system must be used to access the beach club. Trolley system does not allow passengers to carry large items such as wagons, chairs or coolers
-Vehicle Passes are limited to number of cars able to fit in each driveway, Passes are required to reenter Sea Pines when on a bike, in some cabs, and using Lyft. Try to carry your passes with you when you leave for reentry to avoid any difficult situations at the gate. Bikes can reenter without pass if they take picture of the daily door code posted when they exit.
-All animals in the plantation must be on a leash at all times
-***Do not disturb the wildlife. Wild Animals live in Sea Pines, such as alligators and coyotes. Please be aware of this and do not interact with the wildlife.***
-Beach parking is prohibited on all roads in Sea Pines. A complimentary beach shuttle service, direct from a designated parking lot to The Sea Pines Beach Club is available for Sea Pines weekly rental guests. *Must have Short Term Weekly vehicle pass issued by Sea Pines CSA.

This house was absolutely perfect for us! My daughters (14 and 12) loved the loft upstairs. The bathrooms are beautifully updated. We also loved the couch, where we could all fit comfortably when my mother and sisters came to stay for a few days. The house was fully equipped with all that we needed, even down to the thoughtful toiletries they have. My dog Chewie loved this area and going for walks around our street. The pool area was nice and clean, and just steps away from the house. The beach was just a short, shaded walk away, and it was great that there was a sidewalk the whole way down. We rented bikes for the week and really enjoyed riding all around. We watched the alligators in the lagoon, which my daughters thought was so cool. It was a much added bonus that this home was pet-friendly so that we could bring my dog, Chewie!

For a number of reasons, this was an ideal rental find for us. The location was ideal since it was situated right after the south gates off of Coligney. This meant that we had very easy and quick access to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores etc. (unlike those who rented closer to Harbourtown or South Beach). Being off the main road meant that our location was private, less busy and very quiet. Equally or perhaps even more important, our unit was a short 5 minute walk from the ocean. The beach was almost always quite deserted (mid February to early March) since the location was not near any hotels or condominium units. Cycling trails were steps away and we had access to the many routes in Sea Pines (all beautifully maintained), as well as trails heading to the rest of Hilton Head Island. The unit itself was also perfect for us. It was spacious, recently updated (tastefully done) clean, bright and very comfortable. Large windows on the whole south side looked over a lovely pond. The deck off of the living room/kitchen area had a full sun exposure and had good seating as well as a BBQ. The beds were very comfortable and both bathrooms were modern and looked like they had been completely redone. The kitchen was well outfitted and had everything we needed. We also appreciated an enclosed storage spot at the base of the unit to keep our bikes and beach chairs safe and out of sight. If we ever returned to Hilton Head Island, we would absolutely try to rent this unit again.

This home is well located to bike ride the paths or to the beach- easy access. 2 large alligators in the water in backyard and beautiful birds! Small home has everything you need for the stay. Great communication from the property management team.

We loved our stay here! We would definitely consider returning. The location was fantastic - beach a few minute, shaded walk, pool across a quiet street. We had a family of 6, and we felt like everyone had their space and were comfortable. Beautifully decorated and clean. I appreciated the primary en suite bathroom. Kids loved the loft. The kitchen was better appointed than most airbnbs. We cooked several meals and had all we needed. We loved the sectional, plenty of room for our big family to watch a movie together. Beds were very comfortable. There were many thoughtful touches that made the trip easy (ie, some beach chairs and pool floats provided, as well as discounts at local shops for bike rentals and more). If we returned to Hilton Head, I don't think we'd want to stay elsewhere!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There is a beautiful view while sitting on the back deck. The beds are comfortable and even though it was open, my son and his friend chose the loft to sleep because they enjoyed having the small couch and TV up there. While I don’t usually rave about couches-we loved the sectional! Lots of room for all of us. And getting to bring our fur baby was awesome. Beachside Getaway was great and very receptive to any issues.

Clean, updated house for quick stay in Sea Pines. You can walk to the beach but it's a little further than you think...you need a "wagon" to take your things....but other than that, the house had all we needed. It was a rainy week but we enjoyed the window on the pond even in the rain. Lots to do in Sea Pines!!

Cottage was very well supplied and outfitted. Everything was operable and there were no issues with the residence. The cottage was clean and met all our needs. The rental agency was easily contacted, an employee, Will, was outstanding. We experienced a winter ice storm, and he maintained contact with us and provided services. He made sure we were safe, an employee of highest quality.

We have been coming to HHI for the last five years. This was the first year we were able to bring my in-laws with us. The place was absolutely perfect for all of us plus our 2 year old and dog. It’s very kid friendly and had plenty of space. The walk to the beach was only a few minutes and everything we needed was only a short drive. The company was fantastic to work with! They made everything very easy and checked on us throughout the trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

My wife and I, as well as my son and his friend, spent a week at this property. It really became our home by the end of the week. Modern, clean, cozy with good air conditioning. Kitchen was well equipped, and the electronics throughout the house Made the stay extra comfortable. Location made access to the beach as well as trips to the store convenient. A bonus for letting us have our dog there with us for the week. He felt like another family member!

The cottage was perfect for our group! It was very close to stores and restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. Right next to the pool too. Love the paths in Sea Pines. my family enjoyed riding bikes or going for walks in the morning and hung out at the beach all afternoon. We had a great time! Everything was beautiful.

Loved all the trails - and had a blast for the first time ever riding the bikes on the beach. We enjoyed the beach clubs and good restaurants nearby too! The house is great with a fully equipped kitchen and open plan onto the dining room and living area. Really nice decor and decorations. Made it feel like our holiday home. Good air conditioning throughout - not that we needed it during May! Bathrooms were good and nice to have multiple. Great animal watching from the deck or living room - cool seeing the alligators, turtles and birds and their daily habits. Lots of use of the provided binoculars :-) All around great time and good value for money - we will be back!

Just got back from our trip to this beautiful house and area and we already miss it! We had such a lovely time exploring the area and the house had everything we needed. The beach was only a quick walk away and the pool was beautiful, I can’t wait to come back here in the summer months! The best part of the trip was watching all the wildlife from the living room and deck! We saw everything from gators to turtles while grilling some dinner. The house is also so beachy and cozy, we really felt at home there. This truly is a perfect vacation spot and we would definitely recommend staying here!
We loved this updated pet friendly home. Having the laundry on the main floor was an unexpected bonus. The location allowing us to walk down to the beach was just what we wanted.
