Absolutely amazing! The house was perfect, just few steps from the beach, and close to shops and restaurants. Very comfortable with several different spaces for everyone to enjoy on their own or together. We would definitely stay there again, and recommend for any family looking for a great place to stay.

What a house!!! We've rented vacation homes in the past where the online pics were from 10 yrs ago, and the photos were angled to exaggerate what's there. Not 37 Dune Lane - it's actually even more beautiful in person. Clean, well-maintained inside and out. All the furnishings are top notch(except the Mr. Coffee, need an upgrade to Mr Coffee). Our group of 17 had a fantastic week. Quinn, Matt, & Will at Beachside Getaway were quick to answer any questions or issues. Putting 4 vehicles under cover and out of the heat & rain with small children was terrific. Large balconies & great pool area. Easy walk to the beach, ice cream & coffee.

We loved our stay! This was the perfect beach house to host our extended family for two weeks. Everyone had their own beautiful room with an ensuite, and the shared spaces were very comfortable. We will be back! Thank you, Beachside Getaway, for the incredible service before and during our stay.

Perfect location and perfect house for my large family.

37 Dune Ln was a perfect location and home for our large group. Beachside Getaway was very attentive to our needs and available with any concerns. I even asked locations of restaurants and spas. No questions went unanswered. Our group loved their first trip to the south from Northern California and hope to return again soon. We totally recommend working with Beachside if given the opportunity.

Am a repeat customer mainly because we can always count on Beachside Getaway to provide an immaculate rental with all the amenities. Always answer the phone and are quick to react to questions or requests. Madison was especially help during our stay. Would definitely use in the future.

We had a wonderful week on Dune Lane. Everyone at Beachside Getaway was very friendly and accommodating. We had a few minor issues with the house, but the were very responsive and quick to help. This is the second time we stayed in this house and we will return.

Nice home on the beach. Great for couples as each bedroom has en suite baths. Easy access to beach with own board walk. Private pool area. Only downside was bar frig not working and kitchen design is hard space to work in with several people working at the same time. Pool/spa heating was difficult to navigate and never got the pool warm till the end of the week. Ask for specific instructions on this is you want heat. Otherwise we all enjoyed the home immensely.

Amazing trip and great agency to work with.

We have rented this oceanfront home several times for our large extended family and it never fails to please all ages. Plenty of comfortable bedrooms and spots to gather or spread out and relax with a large comfortable pool that offers sun and shade. The location is excellent, the home is very clean and well stocked with necessary utensils. Beachside Getaways is always exceptionally responsive and proactive about checking to make sure all is as expected without being intrusive. Highly recommend.

We love this house! This was the third year in a row that we have stayed here with our whole family. Everyone has their own private space and there are wonderful large rooms when we all want to be together. Excellent location to the beach and Coligny to enjoy the live music, shopping and of course ice cream! The house and pool are maintained so well! The deliveries of groceries, baby away items, bikes, beach kayaks and chairs are delivered and picked up so efficiently! Highly recommend!

House was everything and more. Loved it!

Beachside getaway was a great Company to work with. They were very responsive to any of our needs . The communication with them was great and friendly. The house was great, clean and well equipped. One suggestion is to have a few cleaning supplies , such as outside broom, more kitchen towels, some type of cleaning product to use on the stove and counter tops available. Very easy access to the beach. Would definitely use Beachside getaways again and definitely stay in this house again.

We spent a week at this property with our entire family, the youngest was 2, and the oldest was 82! The house and pool were amazing, and the Sonos speaker system at the pool and patio added sing-a-long fun. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of cooking utensils, towels, and space for everyone. The beach and Coligny Plaza were close, so there was always something for everyone! Beachside was a great property management group. We had a great time and I would recommend this property!

This was the most wonderful house for our big family reunion! Three married daughters with 6 grandkids 6 years and under! Several separate private king suites. The house has several large dining areas to choose from. The pool, hot tub, beach and location were all awesome! Perfect house for our entire family.

Property is in a perfect location. Private beach access and very nice pool and hot tub. The house has everything you would want; a great layout with 7 large well equipped bedrooms, large bar/den, a few living/family rooms, 3 levels of balconies overlooking the ocean and plenty of parking for 6 cars. By far the best house I've ever rented on HHI.

This property had it all. Location, comfort, huge bedrooms and large kitchen. We have been going to HHI for many years. This is one of the best years ever. Thank you John C

37 Dune Lane was a perfect house for our New Year's trip with family and friends. The pictures don't do the property justice. The house was gorgeous. It was clean and the property managers were kind and prompt when we had questions. The location was ideal and we would highly recommend this property to others.

Our family had a truly enjoyable time. There was something for everyone - relaxation, great kitchen, decks with great views, a nice pool, and of course the wonderful beach. Lots of great memories made this week that the family will treasure for many years to come.
