35 Dune Lane-Southern Comfort

This was our second family trip to Hilton Head (13 people:8 adults and 5 kids/grandkids) and this house was much better than our previous place - which was also very nice! It’s a wonderful house with great gathering spaces inside and out, a terrific pool and spa, and easy access to the fabulous beach. We also like the easy walking access to the shops, restaurants and park at the Coligny area. We would happily come back here again, and every member of our group would agree.

We travel to Hilton Head every summer with 21 family members from ages 74 to 3. The only way this works for us is for everyone to have their own space as well as large areas for us to be able to congregate as a family. This house is perfect for us. It has a great floor plan and amenities. We absolutely love this house and our yearly beach vacations. The owners make sure the house is always beautifully decorated and in tip-top shape. Beachside Getaway is always available in case we need something. This company is great to work with and quick to respond. We are so appreciative of everyone involved with this home. We have nineteen years of fun and memories with our growing family thanks to our beach vacations and everyone that helps to make our vacations possible.

We have been coming to Hilton Head Island for over 20 years and over the years have worked with different vacation companies and stayed in different homes. By far, our best experience has been with Beachside Getaway. You never know how good a company is until you have a problem. Over the years, we have had minor issues that have been quickly resolved. However, this year the dryer went out and with 21 people in our group, bath towels and beach towels quickly piled up. The staff at Beachside Getaway quickly sent over someone to fix the dryer and they even took all of our dirty towels and washed and returned them the same day. With a group our size, it is important to find a house that has the capacity to handle the needs of many people of different ages. Quinn at Beachside Getaway helped us find 35 Dune Lane (Southern Comfort). It met every one of our needs and then some! As our group continues to grow, we needed a bigger house and once again, Quinn helped us find the perfect house for our growing family and it is owned by the same people that own 35 Dune. Thanks to Beachside Getaway staff, Quinn, and the owners of 35 Dune, we once again had a wonderful beach vacation with memories that will last a lifetime. We are already looking forward to next summer and our stay at Sweet Carolina! Thank you for everything!

The annual Lebenson family Hilton Head week is always perfect because of 35 Dune Lane. The memories that we make and the time spent here is precious. The home is so well cared for, Beachside Getaway is an amazing company. We appreciate the owners welcoming us back year after year!

With 8 adults and 5 grandkids this spacious house fit us with ease. The pool was perfect for families and the beach is just feet away. Highly recommend

This house is absolutely beautiful! It is decorated impeccably, is very warm and welcoming and has everything you could possibly need. And the pool - it’s fabulous! We loved the lounge chair “deck” with fountains to keep you cooled off while sunning. The hot tub is so spacious and we loved that it is connected to the pool. The private boardwalk to the beach is such a great plus as well. If you love outdoor cooking and dinning, this is the house for you. It has two fully equipped outdoor kitchens sure to please any chef. And did I mention the views? Every level of this house has an incredible view to the ocean. I could go on and on, but let me just say that if you get a chance to stay here, you will love it. We hope to come back as soon as possible!

Three generations of family had a great week on HH. The grand kids loved riding bikes on the beach and over to the ice cream shop too. This house has a great floor plan in and out. You will love it

If I could give this home more than 5 stars, I would! We have stayed at many beachfront homes and this by far was our favorite. There are times you look at pictures and once you get there, the place looks a little different, this was not the case. I can accurately say that the pictures did not do it justice! The views were spectacular, the inside of the home was very clean, extremely well-kept, very homey and inviting! The outside has every amenity you could think of and the attention to detail inside and outside were amazing. The location was ideal, you could walk to Coligny plaza and also it was close to shopping and restaurants. As for the property management company, they were great, very helpful during arrival and departure and even came to change the battery on one of the fan remotes while we were there. Overall, incredible stay and can't wait to return! Kudos to the property owners, you did a spectacular job building and designing that home!

Our family has been vacationing to HHI for many years and Southern Comfort is in a class all by itself. The outside patio and pool that opens up off a deck from the main interior living room provides an experience that vacationing on the beach is all about. We highly recommend this property!

An amazing home. Much thought has gone into the layout and comfort of this home. The house, the pool, the view were all awesome!

A beautiful property that lives up to the hype, we love North Forest Beach, and this house is one of if not the best house on the beach, the decor is fantastic, it was well cared for, and the owners thought of everything. We’ll definitely be back.

Convenient location with everything you could ask for.

I loved the home.....wish it was mine!!! Have stayed at many other homes and this one was the best. They thought of everything. Pool was beautiful. Staff at Beachside Getaway were great.
