30 Dune Lane-The Seahorse

Our group of 13 ( 8 adults and 5 kids under 5) loved the house and had a blast. The pool and hot tub were used constantly. Short walk to the beach was super easy. The home was huge and perfect in so many ways. Giant open kitchen with gigantic eating table and comfortable den area. Porch had a great breeze and nice set up for talking. The 80" TV was perfect for watching sports. Beachside was extremely helpful and accommodating. Room set ups and large bathrooms were perfect. We hated to leave - - The Smith Family

Our stay at this house was a fantastic choice for our 13 person, multi-generational family vacation. The house had plenty of space and we often congregated in the screened in porch area. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, cookware, glasses and serving dishes for our large family. The pool was well used and the path to the beach is across the street from the house - 1 minute walk to the beach! When we stayed there were two wagons, a wheeled cooler, 10+ beach chairs, a few umbrellas, a sun shade, sand toys, pool floats and toys, a couple of boogie boards and a skim board in the garage. Walking to the grocery store, restaurants and Coligny Plaza are all doable from the house. We went at a time of year when stinging marine life are present and a few members of our group did get stung by jellyfish. We also went on night walks using a red light flashlight and got to watch a loggerhead turtle lay her eggs and return to sea. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend this house

We were celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary and decided to take our Family of 11, 6 adults, 5 grandchildren to Hilton Head .(We had never been there). We loved the location of the house for it was a short walk to the beach. But it was also a short walk to some stores, grocery store, restaurants, and Amazing playground !!!! OUR WHOLE FAMILY LOVED THE HOUSE. There were 2 large family rooms with TV and a porch with TV so the grandchildren who were ages 5 thru 16 were all happy. Everyone LOVED the heated pool! We had a somewhat cool week since it was April but the pool definitely entertained everyone when the beach was too cool. Beachside Getaway was Awesome and responsive to any requests. My only regret is that we did not see any turtles, but that is Nature who can't be controlled. WE HAD A WONDERFUL FAMILY WEEK!

30 Dune Ln is spacious and comfortable. It’s located very near the beach, shopping and dining. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Pool can be heated (which was really nice). Garage holds four cars plus three parking spots outside. We’ll definitely consider this house for our next Hilton Head vacation. Communication was great before during and after our vacation. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Amazing location and great home for a relaxing Hilton Head vacation! We loved it and would definitely stay here again! Very responsive staff and home is in amazing shape!

This property was absolutely amazing! The layout with two bedrooms on the main floor and 5 more on the upper level worked out great for our family. The pool and spa area was a hit for our family. Everything in this house is up to date and very nice. We also enjoyed watching football on the very large screened porch. The house is huge so you didn’t feel crammed for space at all. They also had beach gear that was available to use. (Chairs, umbrella, wagon, toys etc.) The walk to the beach was very short. Just right across the road. We were also able to easily walk to the Coligny Plaza area to get to restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this house for your stay. The price was also extremely fair for what this house is!
