New Ocean View 7 Bedroom and 9 Bath Home in North Forest Beach All rooms have an ocean view!
Amazing Beach Views- 1 minute walk to the sand. This custom built, 2nd Row home has 7 bedrooms with 7 en-suite bathrooms and 2 half baths. The large pool and outdoor area faces East so it gets plenty of sunshine throughout the day and was designed with multiple covered areas so everyone can spend the day outdoors. Private pool and sauna (heat available for additional charge) We have a large screen porch with TV and plenty of room on pool area to lounge with chairs and tables.
All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. There are two living areas with large sectionals and TV's. A Huge screened in porch where you will start and end each day! Porch has an 80 in TV and fireplace. We have a half bath on main floor and on pool deck. In garage off pool area is a game room with corn hole, outdoor checkers, ping pong table and magnetic darts.
The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need to cook or bake and a small coffee bar is upstairs for guests, as well. We provide a full fridge in the basement just for drinks and a separate ice maker to fill your coolers. With the beach so close you will be back and forth with ease.
Neighborhood
North Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island offers a perfect blend of natural beauty, outdoor activities, and relaxation. It's a great destination for families, couples, and anyone looking for a memorable beach vacation experience. North Forest Beach is located on the eastern side of Hilton Head Island, and it's known for its pristine beaches and lush natural surroundings. The area is divided into two sections: North Forest Beach and South Forest Beach, both of which are great places to explore.

Our family has been coming to Hilton Head for our annual family vacation for several years, and each year we try to find the perfect home that will comfortably meet the needs of our large family. We have finally found that home at 30 Dune Lane!
From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The house is spacious and well-designed, providing plenty of room for everyone to gather together while also allowing space for privacy and relaxation. The beds were comfortable, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the entire home was exceptionally clean.
The kitchen was one of our favorite features. It was very well stocked with plenty of dishware, cookware, pots, pans, and kitchen accessories, making meal preparation easy for our large group. We never found ourselves searching for something we needed.
The location is wonderful, and the home itself is beautifully maintained. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations and helped make our family vacation both relaxing and memorable.
After years of searching for the right vacation home, we can honestly say that we have found our Hilton Head home away from home. We look forward to returning to 30 Dune Lane for many years to come and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped place to stay with family and friends.

The house was perfect for our large family. It was beautiful, clean, and the location was excellent. The beach is a short walk and it is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. We had one person in a wheelchair and the house worked very well for him. The grandkids also loved the pool. Beachside Getaways was very easy to work with and everyone we communicated with was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this property.
