Beautiful Four Bedroom Beach Bungalow at 3 Elderberry
This four-bedroom, three-bathroom, home is a fully equipped duplex with everything you need for a perfect family vacation. With steps away from the beach access, a recently refinished pool and spa, everyone will be satisfied. Not only is the location perfect, it is ideal for sharing your vacation with extended family and friends. This home has two separate floors – with two kitchens and two comfortable living spaces!
The first floor is its own private apartment. It contains a full kitchen, full bathroom, living room (with a large flat screen tv), and a king bedroom. The bedroom features a flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is even a washer and dryer! It is a perfect space for grandparents, couples, or families with young children.
On the second floor you are greeted with a relaxing screened in porch. The perfect place to have morning breakfast or a nightcap. As you enter, the kitchen is straight ahead. To the left of the kitchen is another washer and dryer. The living room is to the right with a large flat screen TV. As you continue into the home, the first guest bedroom is on the right. This room is equipped with queen bed and flat screen TV. Across the hall is a full bathroom. The next guest bedroom is located on the right and has two queen beds. The master suite is located on the left, it has a king sized bed with its own private full bathroom. Just when you thought it couldn’t possibly get better, EVERY bedroom has a TV!
Interested in seeing the famous Harbor Town Lighthouse? Elderberry is about a half mile away from the Sea Pines Plantation entrance! It is also a short walk/bike ride to Coligny Plaza. Here you can eat, sip, and shop. There are bike paths all across the island that make the island, rider and pedestrian friendly.

The property and the overall stay was as good as it gets. It was clean, well maintained, and loaded with amenities. The location is also hard to beat. It's a very short walk to the beach and a mile from shopping and dining, and a stone's throw from a nice walking/ bike path. My personal favorite spot, the screened in porch.

The house was very close to the beach and had a lot of great features such as laundry on both floors, a pool/spa, a VERY well stocked kitchen, TVs in every room, a very very nice screened in porch and porch furniture, and nice bathroom accommodations. Our only complaint was that it was a tiny house with a lot of furniture-but it accommodated a lot of people. Also, the pool/spa struggled to stay warm even after paying for the pool heating-but I think that was reflective of the cold weather. Overall a great vacation. Also the people at Beachside were great to work with and very responsive! They even called to make sure some of the items left behind weren’t ours!

Of all the properties we’ve stayed while visiting Hilton Head, this is our favorite. Great location to beach access and short bike ride to Coligny or Sea Pines. The house was so comfortable and very well stocked. We loved having our own pool. Do note the the two levels are separated by an outside stairway which was ok for our family. Looking forward to our next visit to 3 Elderberry!

Wonderful. Lots of room. Screened in porch was great, no bugs yet outside. Spent a lot of time in the evenings. Pool & spa were a lot of fun with our family. Would stay again with large group. Plenty of room for at least 10 people. If you use the sofas, even more.

Perfect for grandparents with kids and grandchildren. The downstairs was a nice place for the grandparents to stay while the families stayed upstairs. The pool was a hit and the short walk to the beach great. Restaurants were close and kid friendly. The screen room was a favorite hangout play area. We are ready to come back even though we just got home!

Steps from the beach and Coligny, great place for a group of friends to stay
Really clean, modern amenities, great location a block from the beach. We have a family of 6 and fit comfortably. While the inside family area and couch is small, there is a big porch with plenty of seating. The downstairs space which has another bedroom and kitchen area was great as well. Overall I would highly recommend.
