This two-story, fourth-row ocean home in Forest Beach features five bedrooms, a private pool, and easy beach access just minutes away. From the privacy of the pool deck, guests can enjoy the fresh ocean breeze of Hilton Head Island. Only a 5-minute drive from Coligny Plaza, you’ll find shops, restaurants, and parks—the “downtown” of the island.

Arrive at 28 Pelican and park in the driveway or garage. Entering from the garage, you step into the open living, dining, and kitchen area with hardwood floors and a coffered ceiling. The living room features two sofas, a chair with ottoman, large coffee table, and a 55” Smart TV above the decorative fireplace. A dry bar with wine fridge sits in the corner, and doors lead to the outside deck. A half bath is conveniently located on this level. The dining area seats eight, with four bar stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen offers granite counters, double ovens, stainless appliances, a Frigidaire Professional refrigerator, and a 5-burner gas stove. A laundry room with washer, dryer, and sink sits just behind the kitchen.

The main floor includes two bedrooms: a master king suite and a guest king room. The master suite features a four-poster bed, 40” Smart TV, sitting area, and ensuite bath with walk-in shower, soaking tub (currently unavailable), and double vanity. The guest king bedroom has a 32” Smart TV, bench, and ensuite with walk-in shower and double vanity. French doors open to the pool deck.

Upstairs, a cozy hallway sitting area leads to three guest rooms. One offers a queen bed, 32” TV, balcony access, and ensuite with walk-in shower. Another includes two double beds, balcony access, and ensuite with tub/shower combo. The final bedroom has a queen bed, bench, and ensuite bath with walk-in shower.

Outdoors, enjoy the private gathering area with wicker seating, a dining table for six, and lounge chairs around the 14x22’ pool and spillover spa—perfect after a day of exploring the island.

A quick five-minute walk takes you to North Forest Beach, or use the seasonal free shuttle to reach Coligny Plaza. Nearby, the Lowcountry Celebration Park offers a pirate ship playground, wading pool, pavilion, and fitness station. Coligny Beach Park provides beach access, outdoor showers, walking and biking paths, and entertainment for all ages.
