The villa is tastefully designed with a soothing coastal theme, enhanced by abundant natural light. Guests enter through the front door and ascend a half-flight of stairs to reach the dining room, which connects to the kitchen, living room, and back deck. The first floor has a king bedroom and bathroom (also serves as a guest bathroom), while the second floor features a den that opens to the living area below with two twin beds which leads to the guest bedroom with two full beds and an additional bathroom. The renovated kitchen boasts quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a tiled backsplash.
Relax on the partially covered back deck, which offers views of the 8th green of the George Fazio golf course. Enjoy alfresco dining with a table that seats four and a gas BBQ grill. Perfect for catching the Sunset over the golf course!

A quiet resort with a lot of amenities. The house was very clean and cozy. Walkable to the Dunes beach. Close to a Kroger and food options and other beach spots.

Wonderful stay and the condo was just as described. This was our first time staying in Palmetto Dunes and we can't wait to come back. Beachside Getaway was wonderful to work with and they made sure we had everything we needed and answered our questions right away. Only critique for the property is the kitchenware - random assortment and some pots and pans were definitely in need of replacing. We made us of the beach gear rental credit which was very nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
The property manager was excellent with answering any questions we had. We requested an additional propane tank and they brought one over to the condo right away. They were very responsive with our communication.
