Escape to 2114 Windsor Place, a beautifully appointed one-bedroom villa located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort. Nestled within the sought-after Windsor Place oceanfront complex, this villa offers exceptional amenities, stunning pool views, and is just steps from Hilton Head Island's pristine beaches.
Located on the first floor, the villa is accessible via one flight of stairs from the main level. Elevator access is also available from the parking garage below (except during the scheduled modernization project noted above).
As you enter, you'll find an inviting open-concept floor plan. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry area are conveniently located to the right, while a full guest bathroom is just to the left. The spacious dining and living area opens to beautiful views overlooking the Windsor Place pool and landscaped grounds, with the Atlantic Ocean just beyond.
Step outside onto the specious covered balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze. Furnished with a dining table and chairs it's the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.
The spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a large Smart TV, private access to the balcony, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.
The living room offers additional sleeping accommodations with a queen sleeper sofa. A twin rollaway bed is also provided, allowing the villa to comfortably accommodate up to five guests. Additional amenities include Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom, complimentary Wi-Fi, keyless entry, fresh linens and beach towels.

**Palmetto Dunes Rules & Regulations**
Parking passes must be properly displayed at all times. Vehicles without a visible pass or decal may be cited.
Parking on roadways or in yards is prohibited.
Motorcycles are not permitted.
Please use the leisure paths whenever available. Vehicles always have the right of way.
Only electric boats owned by property owners are permitted on the lagoons. Gas-powered boats are prohibited.
Swimming in the lakes or lagoons is prohibited.
Quiet hours are enforced. Excessive noise or loud music is not permitted.
Alligators are dangerous. State law prohibits feeding, harassing, or approaching alligators.
Please do not feed wildlife.
Hunting, shooting, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
Towels and swimwear may not be hung over balcony or porch railings.
Trash containers must remain in the designated service yard and should not be placed at the street.

This was exactly like the pictures and a great value for beachfront HHI. The living room was very large, the furniture was very comfortable and plentiful, and the bed was comfortable too. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bathrooms were a little dated and the showers were a little small, but we knew that from the pictures before booking and it didn't matter to us. Excellent communication with the hosts, who checked on us throughout our stay. We liked this condo so much that we already booked it again for a trip next year, which is the true mark of a 5-star stay!

My husband and I recently stayed at 2114 Windsor Place. We had the best time and enjoyed this beautiful spacious condo! The proximity to the beach, pool, parking, etc. was absolutely perfect! This was our first time staying inside Palmetto Dunes and we really liked it! We will most definitely book this condo for future HHI trips. Communication with everyone was excellent. Great company, highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful week at 2114 Windsor II in Palmetto Dunes! The unit is in a great location, overlooking the pool and just steps to the beach! The 1br was perfect for the two of us, with a large living room, big TV, and large bedroom with plenty of dresser and closet space and a king size bed. The kitchen has all you need to prepare basic meals in so you don't have to go out for everything. Note that because this is a newer rental, if you plan on cooking you will need to buy all condiments/spices/etc. I liked having a washer/dryer in unit as well. Check-in/pass pickup was seamless, and the communication throughout (and prior to) the visit was great. We had one problem with the dishwasher that was fixed immediately. Tip: when moving in, park underneath and use the elevator - there are always moving carts available. Thanks for a great stay!

It was an excellent stay with our two young kids. Right next to the pool and beach, complete kitchen, and very close to activities and the grocery store.
