200 Jacana Street

The house was fantastic! Very well laid out common areas, large kitchen was perfect for gathering/cooking, pool/spa was a great place to relax after a day at the beach.The walk to the beach was closer than we expected, 2 houses away. You could see the ocean from the top floor balcony!The location is far enough away from Coligny that you were away from the busy parts of the beach, but close enough to easily walk or bike down for shopping/dining.Plenty of parking (4 vehicles inside, 2 outside).What an ideal property!The property owners texted periodically to make sure we were good and didn't have any concerns.After checking out, one family discovered they had left something in the garage. The owners were super responsive, went to the home and found the item and secured it for later pick up.Cannot say enough good things about 200 Jacana! We will be back!

We had a terrific time staying at 200 Jacana~ plenty of room for 3 families to be together. Each bedroom having its own bath was wonderful! Very close to the beach . The perk of being able to rent beach chairs was great! And providing beach towels was another big plus! Beachside Getaway was easy to deal with , checking with us several times during our stay. Hope to rent again!

Then when we got the they checked in with us day one and the next day to be sure all was well. Plenty of towels for bath and beach. Also provided it small care packages in each bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion..nice touch. Great people to work with. Then.. The house is pretty much as pictured..very spacious. Each bedroom having it's own bath was great for 6 long-time girlfriends. Top floor with kitchen was where we spent our "down time"..morning and late night. Everything you need is there..coffee pot (keurig too), toaster, dishes (plastic glasses for pool)..etc. Top porch has 4 comfy chairs (would have liked 6). Elevator was great to have especially on arrival and departure (luggage groceries etc)..and used throughout the week. We had the pool heated (1st week in April)..would recommend. Though it is on the small side it was perfect (about 3 - 4 feet deep everywhere..steps to get in and out. 4 lounge chairs and 6 around the table worked well. Garage is huge (we had 2 cars) small refrigerator there..would have been nice to have a powder room on ground level..but there is one right at top of 1st set of stairs. Beach is a short walk. While there were no beach chairs onsite..the Beachside provided a perk for renting chairs, umbrellas etc..worked fine! Obviously this is a wonderful house..and Beachside a great company to work with. Would highly recommend!

Great house and setup just steps from the beach. Had a couple issues with the water heaters and lower level AC. Hosts were very responsive with fixing these issues and went beyond expectations in making this right. Would for sure stay here again or any other properties owned by this company.

Perfect for a big family or a weekend with friends! Just steps away from the beach!

Great location and property! We stayed with another family and had ample space with all the large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The kids loved the heated pool. The short walk to the beach was easy even with littles in tow! We will be rebook for sure!

House is nicely arranged with three bedrooms on one floor and three on the other, making it easy to group members of different families together. Kitchen well stocked. Best thing is proximity to the beach even though on corner of N Forrest Beach. Very short walk to beach. Kids enjoyed the pool!

We loved the house layout and the proximity to the beach. Both floors have a very large living space, which is great for entertaining. All bedrooms were ensuite, a real plus for multi-families. We would have liked more furniture on the outdoor porches; the main (2nd floor) porch only had 4 chairs, and there was no outdoor furniture on the first floor. An additional refrigerator and/or icemaker is needed; we were constantly running to the store for more ice. The house had some significant maintenance issues while we were there, but Beachside Getaway and the owners were easy to deal with and worked with us to remediate the situations. With a few adjustments, this house can be a great rental property and we would definitely consider renting it again.

Very easy to deal with, and was one of the cleanest rental properties I have ever stayed in for my family of 10. We also got a personal phone call just after check-in and close to check-out to make sure everything was going well. Very easy to communicate via text as well. Highly recommend.

While the house was ideal for our stay, there were some issues during the stay. One of the tankless hot water heaters was broken and the spa heater did not work for 3 of the days stay. While the kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, cups, plates & utensils, there were no food panty items (e.g., spices, oils, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, etc.). The host was responsive to our issues and needs and fair in dealing with any costs or refunds.

Originally scheduled for the week but due to a hurricane we were able to reschedule. Manager was great at communicating and owners were flexible with arrangements. Location was wonderful: short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and other locations.

The house was great and the location was amazing! Big bedrooms and bathrooms and an open floor plan. The house had a lightning strike that rendered the WiFi, pool, and fridge inoperable the day prior to our visit and Beachside was very helpful and super responsive. They worked hard and fast and everything was up and running the next morning. They communicated with us the entire time and let us know what was happening and asking how we were doing. It was a wonderful vacation! We will be back!
