Our grandchildren had a wonderful time in the pool, enjoyed the pool table, we all enjoyed the backyard. This place is a great place in a wonderful neighborhood. Walk to beach, daughter & son-in-law rented bikes for themselves and there 2 children, enjoyed riding on the beach and surrounding areas. I’m a short person and did think it was best for tall people, did find a step stool in the laundry room to be able to get into bed at night. Kitchen was very well set up with everything labeled, Plenty of cooking options, gas stove, ovens, microwave, outside grill. Refrigerator is huge, ice maker huge, this was nice to have, and washer & dryer came in very handy with 4 grandchildren, ages 15, 14, 11, and 10! Very nice bedrooms with bathrooms for each family member. Used the den for our grandson, and he shared his parents bathroom, that was close, they had the bedroom close to the laundry room and den. Great for family of 9-10 people! Gave a 4 in some places because some kitchen dishes, glasses and utensils where greasy and we needed to clean things before using, but that was because of people who rented before us, since we were suppose to take care of these things ourselves. Also only 1 working clock in this big house! We did have pool, bug control, yard people showed up during the week. Would have been nice to know that was going to happen while we were there. Only one person rang the bell to let us know he would be working around the house. Over all satisfied!

The home was a great option for us - lots of room and close walk to the beach. The backyard and pool are private and it’s such a quiet area.
The house was a quick walk to the beach, and so peaceful and quiet while at the home. Lots of amenities in the kitchen which was great for ease of prepping and cooking any meals. Comfortable home!
