Wonderfully bright and spacious second floor end unit with newly updated kitchen (cabinets, countertop, microwave, and stainless steel sink) and plank flooring throughout. Cathedral ceilings in the family room and primary bedroom and lovely coffered ceilings in the kitchen contribute to the charm. Lagoon and golf course views from nearly every window and the balcony.
The condo comfortably sleeps 7, featuring two bedrooms (1 King, 1 double and 1 twin) and a pull-out couch. Perfect for a golf excursion, family beach vacation, work sabbatical, or friends’ getaway.
The condo is located on the quiet side of Evian, one of Shipyard's most tranquil settings fashioned like a French village. Only a short walk to the Evian tennis/pickleball courts and large pool, which are set next to a lovely 5-acre lake with a gazebo. The private access to Shipyard beach is a 12 minute walk or 6 minute bike ride from the pool area. Beachside parking is available. Evian and the Shipyard neighborhood also have extensive walking/biking paths.
Interested in tennis lessons or a double’s round robin? Van der meer’s tennis facility is just around the corner and the newly remodeled Sonesta Hotel--which offers multiple on-site restaurants, a fitness center, and a full-service Arum Spa, is beachside in Shipyard. Shipyard golf offers three 9 hole courses, a driving range, pro-shop, and full restaurant and bar. The community is also near the restaurants and shops of Coligny Plaza.

Very comfortable 2nd floor 2bedroom area with nice views of the golf course in Shipyard. The brand new 4 private pickleball courts were a wonderful asset during our stay. The private pool was clean and spacious. The kitchen and living area was well stocked and comfortable.

The handling of the reservations were effortless! They helped in every way including a necessary extension of our house reno that would have caused us a lot of trouble and they were able to put something together with the owner to keep us there. Thank you from us for everything. The condo was beautifully equipped and very clean. I nice quiet location with a great porch overlooking the golf course. We were there for 6 of problem free living. I would rent from Beachside over every other rental company I have dealt with over the years. No one comes close to their service. Use them, you will not be disappointed!

This would be our second time staying at an Evian villa in Shipyard. Our location was perfect, in front of lagoon and golf course. The Unit was open concept which made the unit light and bright. Just the kitchen was dated and needed a refresh. We had a bit of a snag our first couple of days with the wifi but the property management (Beachside Getaway) did the best they could to resolve it quickly. Overall a great place to stay

We enjoyed staying at this unit! We have vacationed and stayed in Shipyard at Evian for many years. For the price, you can't beat this place. It had a great lagoon located behind the unit and we could see alligators at times. Evian is our favorite location in Shipyard and this met all ot our needs. Beachside Getaway who were the direct hosts were very helpful throughout the stay. They checked in on us to make sure all was well. We definitely would stay here again due to the great value and location in Evian!!!!!

Exactly as described. So clean! Comfortable. Plenty of space for a family of four. Excellent communication with rental staff who were very helpful. The grounds are beautiful and provided lots to do (bike paths, tennis courts, pool). We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen was both well stocked and functional.
Our Stay at this beachside property was amazing! The host team was very friendly and responsive before and during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment was spacious. The team provided great local recommendations as well. Highly recommended.
