1209 Villamare is a two-bedroom, two-bath villa located in the oceanfront Villamare community in Palmetto Dunes. With peeks of the Atlantic Ocean, two private balconies, and easy access to the beach, this villa is a great place to enjoy your Hilton Head Island vacation.
Upon arriving at Villamare, you'll enjoy covered parking and elevator access to the villa. Once inside, the foyer welcomes you to the guest bedroom featuring two queen beds, a private bathroom with a garden tub and walk-in shower, TV, and a private balcony with views toward the Atlantic Ocean.
Just off the foyer is the open living area, offering comfortable seating and plenty of room to gather after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay and includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The living room features a flat-screen TV, a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations, and access to a second private balcony where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. The primary suite is located just off the living room and offers a king-size bed, TV, balcony access, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

** Palmetto Dunes Rules and Regulations**
- Decals must be properly affixed and passes visible at all times. Vehicles without a displayed pass or decal may be cited.
- Parking on roadways or in yards is not permitted.
- Motorcycles are prohibited.
- Cyclists and pedestrians shall use leisure paths where available. Automobiles have the right of way.
- Electric boats belonging to property owners are permitted on lakes and lagoons. Gas engines are prohibited.
- No swimming in lakes or lagoons.
- Loud music or excessive noise is not tolerated at any time.
- Alligators are VERY dangerous. . State law prohibits any person from feeding, enticing, or harassing alligators.
- Do not feed wildlife of any kind in Palmetto Dunes.
- Absolutely NO hunting or shooting!
- Absolutely no fireworks!
- Towels and swimwear may NOT be hung on porch railings.
- Trash cans must remain in the service yard for pickup. Do NOT bring them to the street."

Villamare is a great location in Palmetto Dunes. Very central to everything, and the beach and pool are steps away from the condo! Condo was clean and well appointed. Easy to check in and good communication from the rental company. Will certainly rent again for a future stay.

We had a great stay in the condo. It is in the first building, closest to the pool and beach, so it was quick and easy to get back and forth to the unit. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. We had an issue with the dryer initially, but the rental company came out quickly to fix it and we had no further issues with it. We stay in Villamare yearly and this was a very nice unit.

This is a great spot! A short bike or walk to the tennis and pickleball courts. Beach and pool are right out the door. Unit is sparkling clean. I really appreciated the communication ahead of our stay about upcoming construction. Very responsive! Will definitely stay here again.

Villamare is clearly our favorite location on the island. Positives of unit: ocean view, clean, convenient, quiet, awesome pools , etc. just needs updating. But clean! Would probably stay again.

This condo is very close to the pool and the beach access. It is also very close to the elevator. Very nice layout with large bedrooms. The bathrooms could use some updating but everything worked and was clean. I would stay here again. A rating from me.

We enjoyed our stay , wish the bathrooms , especially the 2nd bedroom bathroom ( one with the 2 beds ) was bigger , the shower was very small and hard to get in and out. It would have been nice to have some aluminum foil and some zip lock bags in the condo. It was nice to have beach chairs and towels for the beach.

Beachside Getaway is one of the best property management companies I have ever experienced. We had a slight problem with the A/C the night we arrived, and they went above and beyond the call of duty to solve the problem. Will, their engineer, was amazing. The condo was very nice and as described. Beautiful new pool complex near the ocean and well-maintained common areas.

Beautiful condo with excellent accommodations. Kitchen well equipped and easy to navigate. Location with easy access to pool, beach, tennis and bike trails around the island. Workout center updated with indoor pool and hot tub within easy walking distance. General store nearby. Luckily had great weather . Lifeguards right outside attentive to ocean conditions and warning us if the riptide. If you love the beach and outdoor activities you will not be disappointed!

The common grounds were well maintained and very pretty however the individual unit is in need of updating and matching kitchenware.
Property was exactly as described and as seen in the photos. The condo is conveniently located and only a short walk from the community pools, fire pit, and beach.
