**Sea Pines Rules and Regulations**
-Sea Pines Plantation prohibits all trailers, pop-up campers, motorcycles (including three wheelers), large-lifted pickup trucks, extended vans, vans with company signage (visitors in company cars will not be allowed in), work vans, golf carts, and RVs. Boats (prior permission needed), kayaks & surf boards (must be on top of car, no trailer), and large family vans. The only exception would be handicap accessible vans.
-Parking along roadsides and off driveways is prohibited
-Beach Club parking is not available, the Trolley system must be used to access the beach club. Trolley system does not allow passengers to carry large items such as wagons, chairs or coolers
-Vehicle Passes are limited to number of cars able to fit in each driveway, Passes are required to reenter Sea Pines when on a bike, in some cabs, and using Lyft. Try to carry your passes with you when you leave for reentry to avoid any difficult situations at the gate. Bikes can reenter without pass if they take picture of the daily door code posted when they exit.
-All animals in the plantation must be on a leash at all times
-Do not disturb the wildlife. Wild Animals live in Sea Pines, such as alligators and coyotes. Please be aware of this and do not interact with the wildlife.
-Beach parking is prohibited on all roads in Sea Pines. A complimentary beach shuttle service, direct from a designated parking lot to The Sea Pines Beach Club is available for Sea Pines weekly rental guests. *Must have Short Term Weekly vehicle pass issued by Sea Pines CSA.

I really can't say enough about this house and our experience. We have already booked for next year!! Perfect location, tucked into the back of a neighborhood, with a walking trail in back yard. Pool/Spa was incredible and SUCH a huge win for the kids. Hosts were thoughtful, personable, responsive and accommodating. We totally see our family returning to this location year after year :)

Google:My wife and I took our adult children and grandkids here for fall break. The house is open, spacious, and had been recently renovated. It has a huge great room with a wonderful kitchen. Each bedroom is it's own suite. The outdoor area includes a pool, spa, grill, dining area with big screen TV. It was a wonderful gathering place for family. We were a quick bicycle ride from the beach, Coligny, and Harbor Town. We have been doing this fall break for 9 years and this is the nicest place so far. Thanks for your hospitality.VRBO:My family with adult kids and grandkids always take a beach fall vacation together. This house was perfect. Hilton Head is far enough south to be warm in Oct. The house has bee recently gutted and remodeled. It is beautiful and new like in side with 4 large bedroom suites. each with very nice bathrooms. The kitchen is a cooks dream with all new commercial appliances tied in with a large great room for all of the family. There is plenty of gathering and dining space. Out back is a nice area with a pool, spa, grill and dining area with a ceiling fan and large screen tv. It was perfect for our family, no need un-met.

We loved our stay at 10 Pender Lane. Everything in the house is clean and new. All bedrooms have their own private bath and there is a half bath downstairs. Kitchen fully stocked and outside grill ready for use. Pool and hot tub were added bonus. Short bike ride to beach club. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We’ve stayed at many properties in Sea Pines and this is one of our favorites. The layout of the house is perfect for a vacation, maximizing the space with teenagers that want their own room and bathroom. The location was great for not being something tight on the beach - not too far from anything. Will definitely be back!

Really great house for our family. Pool size was great and the hosts are really helpful. The layout of the house was really the best we’ve had in the 7 years we have been staying in SeaPines. We had a total of 8, 4 adults 4 kids and it was perfect.

10 Pender Lane. Beautiful, well decorated home. We especially enjoyed the pool. Quiet street, used the trolley to get to the beach club, and were grateful to have the garage space to store our beach gear. The washer and dryer sizes were helpful for our group and we all loved the layout of the house for group gathering and individual space too. Thanks for a great stay.
This house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 5 adults and 4 children 4 and under and had plenty of space. The kitchen was a chefs dream. The private pool had plenty of seating and the had a ledge perfect for the kids. The house is on a nice quiet cul de sac but accessible to all of Sea Pines. I cannot say enough about Beachside Getaways. They were great to work with and any small problem was taken care of immediately, I.e. a new coffee pot. I will definitely use them again on our next trip to Hilton Head.
