Large 3 bedroom/3 bath home with private pool & lagoon access. Great location across from Fazio Golf Clubhouse. Will rent again.

The house itself was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked. Our biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. We were working remote, so this was a big issue. The TV's are also on the Wi-Fi so watching them was also a challenge. Beachside Getaway was a pleasure to deal with. They were very quick to respond to any issues.

Absolutely loved this beautiful home. Everything was clean. The pool and dock were a highlight. Walking to the beach was so easy. Communication with the host was so smooth. We would definitely stay again!

The house is as described and perfectly located. We loved the 5 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the General Store for ice cream cones after a hot day at the beach! There is a lot of room for your group to spread out. When you are tired of the beach, you can take a dip in the pool! The management was quick to respond to our needs.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The pool was awesome! Beachside Getaway was great to work with. Very good communication and nice little extras upon arrival.

Really enjoyed the house. Location was excellent. Shirt walk to the beach, short walk to the General Store and Pickleball courts. The house has everything you need. I would stay here again.

We’ve been coming to Hilton Head annually for the past 12 years for a two month stay. Beachside Getaway has been, by far, the best management company we have worked with. Their communication has been terrific with prompt replies and information.

We stayed at one of Beachside’s location and had a great time. The house was clean, close to everything in Palmetto Dunes (general store, beach) and accommodated our family of 9. All the beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with everything (plus some!) that we needed. Beachside started communicating with us couple weeks before the trip and continued to check in throughout, and after, our trip. I would absolutely use them again! Side note, my husband and I are looking to buy in HH and they have been the best property management company to work with in all our years visiting. First on my list to call!

Our group of six (2 kids, 2 parents, 2 grands) had a great week! Loved having the pool and two living areas; EASY walk to the beach and Fazio golf course. Kids enjoyed fishing; off the dock. Just wish the guest bedroom had a king bed!

This place was great! Close to everything in Palmetto Dunes and a short walk to the beach. The pool was clean and lots of wildlife to spot in and around the lagoon. The place was clean and well kept. Plenty of room for everyone and big tables for family dining. Will definitely book again!

We had a great stay at 1 St George and were so sad to leave! The house is great for families, including extended families, with separate bathrooms, plenty of beds, and more than enough seating and space. The house was well equipped. We loved the pool and sunroom space the most. We would love to return.

This is a perfect location. House is quite large and has plenty of room. Just off the main drag and easy walk to beach or pickleball. The host company is extremely attentive and provided answers to our questions immediately.

Great house for a beach vacation. Quiet neighborhood. Wonderful back deck and yard to hang out in and watch the birds. House is spacious and well laid out. Kitchen was well kitted out. Clean, airy, felt very calm (even with loads of kids). Great location 5 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the store. Bike path right outside the front door.

The pool is smaller than you might think, but we had a great time and easily fit 7 people. There was only one roll of paper towels, and it was a small one. The bottom switch in the bathroom for the bunk bed room is a heater, which was cool. Each bedroom has its own full bath. No shared bathroom. Grill was really dirty.

We loved everything about this home and the community it is in! Perfect for families!

We had a wonderful time at 1 St. George. It was a really nice place with plenty of room. Really enjoyed the patio and table for 8 perfect for us. The beach access was much closer that we had thought which was a pleasant surprise. Would definatly rent again.

Loved the property. About a half mile from beach so was easy drop off of people & supplies & then parked van at house & rode rented bike back to beach. Loved the private pool at the house. Had 7,6,3,&2 aged grand kids so was good to have pool there for after naps. We thoroughly enjoyed the week.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The lagoon view and pool were fantastic. The kitchen was very well stocked and communication with the property management was pleasant. We would stay at this location again.

Stayed here for a golf trip with friends and was a perfect setup. Walking distance to plenty of amenities.

Great location, clean, well kept. Bring paper towels, dish soap for the sink. None provided. Dishwasher broke down last day. They sent some right away, but couldn’t get it fixed before left. Understandable. With all that said, I would rent from them again.

I was set to travel internationally when that trip was postponed, so my family and I decided visit HI for the first time. We are hooked on the location and all of the beauty that is Hilton Head Island. From the moment that I booked this house, the communication was excellent. We received a credit towards renting beach equipment but since we already had some to bring , we didn’t use it. It was nice to have that option. The home is well maintained and we were all happy with it. I was especially happy that there was no carpet to be worried about and the beach towels and washer and dryer were a plus. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook as far as pots and pans and such go. There were lots of garbage bags, paper towel, adequate dish detergent and a giant container of laundry tabs which I’m sure we depleted a bit lol! The manager, Quinn I believe was his name checked in with us by phone call an text which is appreciate a lot. The check-in and checkout process was seamless. The location was amazing as it was directly across front the golf course, up the street from the beach and in a very quiet spot. My mother loved the boat dock and all of the glass windows in the living room overlooking the pool from which she would monitor the grandkids in the pool. I loved my morning walks to and from the beach. My husband loved deck off of the master bedroom that allowed him to watch football and the grandkids in the pool at the same time! My kids loved everything about the house and are now lobbying for us to buy a beach house on the island! This is one amazing place and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Great house & Palmetto Dunes is perfect.

The home is nice and spacious with a really nice pool. Deck overlooks the water. Great location, close to everything yet feels like you are secluded. We will be back!
