We had a great stay at this property! It’s perfect for families with small children thanks to the easy access to the beach (1 minute walk) and the private pool. The property is in a quiet and private part of the island but allows easy access to several restaurants and stores.

This house was perfect in every way. Location to the beach was minutes away. Just a couple of miles from shops and eateries. House was immaculate with plenty of room for a family and guests. Great pool in the backyard and wrap around deck on upper level perfect for entertaining. The most well-stocked kitchen we have ever had in a rental, with plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. Ping pong and corn hole were fun to enjoy while at home. House decor was lovely and bright, with plenty of games and books to enjoy. We will definitely be back next year!!!

We stayed here last year and were very impressed with the house and the updates we noticed, it’s just a short walk to the ocean or a private pool, which is great for afternoon sun! Close enough to the shops but far enough away for privacy!

This was a great place for our family of 4! We would have had room to bring the mother-in-law too. The loft upstairs is perfect for another family or teenagers to hang out and we loved that our dog was welcome. The property is really close to the beach - easy walk to end of street and the pool was really warm - the kids enjoyed swimming as well as the ping pong table! Due to beautiful large trees surrounding the property the pool had a little debris in it but the host took care of it right away and the pool is cleaned twice a week (most of us pool owners only spring for once a week). The kitchen is fully stocked but if you plan to cook remember to bring condiments, spices and paper napkins (paper towels provided). Overall great experience for us.

Our family (3-generations) has been going to HHI since our son was a child, and subsequently with his children since they were babies (now young adults). However, we always stayed in a time share resort—until this year when we decided to try the beach house concept on Sea Spray Ln. An exit poll of our group indicated it was a huge win and we are still on a high 2 weeks after returning home. Perfect place for families to reconnect, relax, find plenty to do—so close to everything. Very clean and well equipped. Beds were comfy. However, must mention there are ADA limitations at the house—lots of stairs, no rails on the pool, etc. This needs to be shared with potential renters. And so, we give it 4 out of 5 stars. Otherwise, we highly recommend!

Home had everything we needed, and was easily walkable to the beach with little kids. There was a wagon and beach chairs already at the property which was great. We appreciated the welcome bag that included coffee, and the kitchen was very well stocked so we could cook most meals instead of going out all the time. There was an extra fridge down in the garage, which was super helpful. We had a maintenance question the evening we arrived and we heard back very quickly from the Beachside staff. The kids loved having the pool available. Not a fancy place but overall a very solid choice. We had two families with 4 adults and 5 kids total and there was plenty of room for everyone.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location was unbeatable, just a short walk to the beach, which was uncrowded. Even with some storms rolling in during our visit, the living area of the house was perfect for us. We spent quality time together playing board games and enjoying each other's company, making the most of our vacation. Plus, we were able to sneak out for some sun between showers, which made for some lovely beach moments. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy getaway with easy beach access!

A wonderful property less than a block away from beach access. We loved having our own pool and fenced in (mostly) yard. The place was clean and cute. They communicated well and jumped on all of our requests promptly.

Wonderful house very close to the beach. The pool is wonderful to have. I gave it 4 stars only because we were not aware that the 4th bedroom is a loft so not closed off for privacy. It is advertised to have a queen bed in it but it seems like a full. The mattress needs updating. I would recommend this house. The management company, Beachside Getaway, was wonderful and attentive to our needs.

We stayed at the property for 2 weeks, the 1st week was during the historic snow event. House was great and the owner group was helpful and supportive.

The house was very close to beach. Just a very short walk, which was wonderful. The house itself was very comfortable and immaculate inside. It was so nice and clean. The pool in the backyard was a real plus especially with small children so they had someplace to go when it was a little windy at the beach And it’s close to the downtown area. We could do some shopping in the restaurants all at all it was a wonderful vacation and a lovely house.

Very nice and clean. Close to the beach. Only fault was it is close to a loading zone for a hotel and could be noisy.

Our accommodations were everything we were promised & more. It was the perfect clean, cozy updated cottage for our family & dogs and very well equipped with about everything one could think of. We had a slight problem with the A/C on one of the evenings. We called the emergency number and they had a technician out within a timely period and fixed before we were back home from dinner.  Overall a great stay and close to the beach!

We absolutely loved our stay. Steps from the beach, excellent location to local shops and grocery store, access to bike/walking trails. Pool was great. Would definitely recommend staying here with kids. Thank you!

Had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. We loved the proximity to the beach and outside pool area which included many fun games of ping pong and cornhole. The area upstairs is open to main sitting area downstairs and beds could use some updating( probably a good area for multiple children) Another complaint would be no real area for pantry items in kitchen. This is also an area at the back of a hotel so a lot of service truck noise especially in morning. Overall though I think it was a great place for us with courteous and prompt service

Loved the easy beach access! Hotel loading dock was across the street, but there were bushes in front of the pool offering privacy. The house was clean and linens provided was a bonus! We were 3 couples, and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Great vacation!

Plenty of space and close to the beach! Pet-friendly too! We were very comfortable for our week long stay.

Our stay was amazing. The home accommodated our large family. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space and gather together in the common area. There was an issue that occurred unexpectedly. The staff was very responsive and resolved the issue quickly. From the moment I made the reservation through check, the staff was extremely friendly and professional. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service. The home is near to the beach. We enjoyed walking there in the morning to watch the sun rise. I would recommend for a family vacation.

The house was great for the price! We loved the easy walk to the beach, the well stocked kitchen, lots of bedroom space, and the grill, deck, and pool area. The house was immaculate. The pool needs some maintenance and the primary bathroom shower could use renovation. We loved that the home is pet friendly, but wish the yard/pool area was fully fenced.

This Airbnb was perfect for what we needed. We got married this trip and it was a perfect spot for our bridal party. So close to the beach, lots of amenities at the house, bc lots of beds. There was always something to do! Lots of beach chairs and towels. Great stay!

Property was clean and size was perfect, no issues with the house or property manager. Short walk to the beach. Some appliances could use updating but nothing that would prevent usage.

Very relaxing and convenient property. Definitely would stay here again. Down the road but close.
