08 Dove Street

We loved our stay at 8 Dove and would definitely return! The host was extremely responsive and helpful with any of our questions. They were awesome. The house was beautiful and fit our family's needs. The kitchen was well stocked (although, there was no keurig, which wasn't a problem, but a heads up for future vacation goers). The washer and dryer were large and efficient in washing all clothes and towels, so we didn't have to spend hours doing laundry on vacation. The house had an amazing screened in porch with a ping pong table and hammock. The walk to the beach was super easy - located right across the main road. (Be sure to take all beach items with you; they kindly provide beach towels.) The pool and pool area was perfect. Overall, great house, great location, great host - we would definitely return again!

The house was perfect. It had plenty of open space and loved the extra storage in the garage as well. The ping pong table and hammock on the front porch were great, even when it was a little hot they were perfect at night. The pool was just the right size for our three kids to play in a little in the morning before we went to the beach. Excellent full laundry room for maintaining our clothes and towels. And the location was absolutely great to be able to get to the beach quick and right down the street from the square. All in all, a pretty good deal for the size and location to everything. Would definitely recommend!

The house was big, clean, and beautiful and in the quiet neighborhood that was within walking distance to many shops ajd restaurants. We hope to come back and stay again.

The house on 8 Dove St was the perfect spot for our Hilton Head vacation. The house is beautiful and has everything that a family could need. My wife and 3 adult children were able to hang out together and still have enough space to sneak away to relax, read a book, etc. We enjoyed playing ping pong on the awesome front porch and hanging out by the pool. Everything you could need is within walking distance, including the beach (2 minute walk), morning coffee, restaurants, grocery store, bars (love the Tiki Hut!), bike rentals, etc. Renting from Beachside was as smooth as silk and the house was everything that was advertised and more. Thank you for a great week!!

We have been coming to N. Forest Beach for years. We love the atmosphere in the neighborhood and the convenience. Our daughter loved it when she was young and her toddler does, too.

The house was great! Close to the beach and plaza. Pool was clean and inviting. Screened front porch to relax and play games. We truly enjoyed our stay. - Thank you!

One it the best spots in Hilton Head. Very close to the beach and walkable to all of the amenities in town. Responsive host! Overall 9.5/10 Would love to stay again. 

This house is in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The open floor plan and spacious bedrooms are very nice and the pool is the perfect size for a small family to enjoy. We will definitely rent from Beachside Getaway again as they were wonderful to work with and we very much enjoyed our visit.

The property is ideally located for a family beach vacation. Less than five minutes’ walk to the center of town, and to the beach. The porch, pool and ping pong were perfect for mornings and evenings. I would only consider a little upgrade to the fridge.

We could not have been happier with this house. Quick walk to the beach and to Coligny Plaza. Easy access to bike trails. House was perfect size for six adults, extremely clean and outfitted with everything we needed. Pool received late afternoon shade and made for a relaxing gathering place after a day at the beach. Would stay here again, without question.

Best part of this stay was the location. Short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Plenty of space in the home with a great screened in porch. Beautiful quiet Street. Some features in the house could be considered a bit dated but it is still overall a great value and space. Would definitely visit again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The location is an easy walk to the beach or to downtown Coligny Plaza. The screened in front porch with the ping pong table and the nice cozy wicker furniture with the ceiling fan was very enjoyable. Especially because the bugs seemed to be out full force with all the rain. The pool isn't huge but it's perfect for getting wet and enjoying the afternoon and if you look around the area, it's hard to even find a bigger pool. The washer and dryer are excellent and seem new and dishwasher worked well. Had a nice variety of dishes, silverware, pots and pans as we did cook several times and the grill was a very nice touch. The house is as big as it looks in the pictures. We loved the open floor plan.

You can walk to everything from this house, lovely screened in porch for morning coffee
