The bedroom has access to the deck off the living room, a large private bathroom, and flat-screen TV. The bathroom has plenty of counter space with 2 sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and a shower. There is also a powder room just off the kitchen on the main floor.
Off the living room and primary bedroom, there is access to the deck! This space has ample seating overlooking the ocean. This deck extends down stairs to the ground level pool deck. The pool deck extends further toward the ocean and is a great place to catch some rays! From the pool deck, you can access the beach walk to get to the ocean!
Arrive to the second floor, by stairs or elevator, to access the rest of the bedrooms, another living room, the laundry room, and two more decks! Just at the top of the stairs is the 1st guest bedroom with a queen bed and private bath with shower. The queen bedroom also has access to the 2nd-floor deck overlooking the ocean. Next on the 2nd floor is the guest bedroom with 2 queen beds and another private bathroom. In between these two bedrooms is the laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer. On the front of the house is another covered deck with shaded seating for a relaxing afternoon read. The next guest bedroom also has two queen beds and a private bathroom. It is just off the living room. The 2nd-floor living room has a large flat-screen TV, microwave, and beverage fridge for guest use. The couch can be used as a sleeper sofa. Bordering this space is an extra full bathroom with a shower! This extra bathroom brings down the wait time for an open shower! The last bedroom on the 2nd floor has a king bed and a private bathroom and glorious ocean views!
The garage has plenty of space and features a full-size ping pong table and goes out to the pool deck. On the pool deck, there is plenty of seating around the dining table with 6 chairs and a gas grill. Enjoy the sunshine resting in the pool lounge chairs along the deck or have lunch at the large picnic table with space for everyone. The large pool also has a spa with space for 4 and great views of the ocean. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. Along the driveway and front, you have parking for at least 5 cars and space in the garage for another 2.
