16 Ibis is a ground level home with everything you need for a family vacation. Upon entering there is a nice foyer with sitting area perfect for a game or cards or some reading. Also at the entry of the house are 3 of the homes guest bedrooms. To the right you will find the 1st guest bedroom, a king with ensuite bathroom. The next bedroom features a full size and twin size bed and has access to the spacious screen porch overlooking the pool deck. The next bedroom on the ground floor has 2 queen beds. There is also a full bathroom on this floor with a tub/shower for these 2 guest rooms to use. The laundry is also on the ground floor, so you can grab a beach towel before hitting the pool.
Just upstairs is main gathering area of the house. The 2nd floor features the kitchen, dining room, living room, powder room, primary bedroom with ensuite and a large screen porch. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all you will need to enjoy a meal at home. Just off the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 8, as well as 2 bar stools. The large living room has plenty of seating for everyone, all around the 60" TV. There is a high top table with 4 more seats, perfect for more games or enjoying a snack. Down the hall is the powder room and there is also a large king bedroom ensuite bathroom. Just off the living room is a true gem of 16 Ibis- the screen porch. The upstairs screen porch is the best place to enjoy the afternoon ocean breezes, have a meal at the dining table or just sit and enjoy all around you.
Just outside is a the homes pool and large fenced in yard with synthetic grass so it's green all year long. There is a grill for cooking as well. Sit around the pool or hang out in the screen porch. The ocean is a minutes walk from the house, just across Dune Lane. 16 Ibis is a very short bike ride or walk down to Coligny Plaza full of shops, restaurants and entertainment.
