Welcome to 400 Forest Beach Villas on Hilton Head Island! This is a quiet, private end unit that does not get a lot of noise or passersby. You will find this particular villa to be genuinely warm, comfortable and inviting! The living room features a 60” flat screen TV with flat screens in each bedroom fitted with DVD players, speaker clocks with USB/Bluetooth/headphone connections, blackout curtains and several newly installed ceiling fans with remote controls. We also provide a selection of books for relaxing beach reading during your vacation.
The entire second level of our villa is where you will find the enormous and private master suite. The master bedroom has a restful king bed topped with luxurious Egyptian cottons sheets with a relaxing sitting area and cooling ceiling fan. There is a large walk-in closet equipped with iron and ironing board and a luggage stand. The master bathroom has a brand new granite top double vanity with sleek new faucets and accessories.
The bottom, entry level houses a newly open kitchen design including an extended breakfast bar and modern, but cozy bar stools. It also has new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped for vacationers who opt to cook in. The kitchen flows into the dining area which seats six and a living room that boasts some brand new furniture including a queen sofabed that is incredibly comfortable. The guest bedroom is also located on the entry level and has two lovely twin beds and the full guest bathroom has also been recently renovated with a granite countertop vanity. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.
For physical activity, the complex features free tennis courts and a large, private swimming pool where you can lounge in the sun or swim some laps. You can also walk or bike along Hilton Head Island’s world famous bike paths for a leisurely stroll and a great way to see the island. There are bike racks located in the shaded underground parking deck.
We are IDEALLY located on the south end of the island right by Coligny Plaza and Coligny Beach. You can just walk across the street to both the plaza and the beach where there are hundreds of restaurants, shops, clubs and bars with plenty of live entertainment including the famous Tiki Hut facing the ocean at the Holiday Inn. We are also conveniently located just outside of the famous Sea Pines Plantation, Hilton Head’s oldest, largest and loveliest plantation and host to the PGA’s annual Heritage Golf Tournament in the spring. When the weather is good, walk along the bridge over the pond in our complex, you will often find families of turtles swimming or sunning along the pond bank in the afternoon. .
