**Sea Pines Rules and Regulations**
-Sea Pines Plantation prohibits all trailers, pop-up campers, motorcycles (including three wheelers), large-lifted pickup trucks, extended vans, vans with company signage (visitors in company cars will not be allowed in), work vans, golf carts, and RVs. Boats (prior permission needed), kayaks & surf boards (must be on top of car, no trailer), and large family vans. The only exception would be handicap accessible vans.
-Parking along roadsides and off driveways is prohibited
-Beach Club parking is not available, the Trolley system must be used to access the beach club. Trolley system does not allow passengers to carry large items such as wagons, chairs or coolers
-Vehicle Passes are limited to number of cars able to fit in each driveway, Passes are required to reenter Sea Pines when on a bike, in some cabs, and using Lyft. Try to carry your passes with you when you leave for reentry to avoid any difficult situations at the gate. Bikes can reenter without pass if they take picture of the daily door code posted when they exit.
-All animals in the plantation must be on a leash at all times
-Do not disturb the wildlife. Wild Animals live in Sea Pines, such as alligators and coyotes. Please be aware of this and do not interact with the wildlife.
-Beach parking is prohibited on all roads in Sea Pines. A complimentary beach shuttle service, direct from a designated parking lot to The Sea Pines Beach Club is available for Sea Pines weekly rental guests. *Must have Short Term Weekly vehicle pass issued by Sea Pines CSA.

The Baynard Cove house was beautiful. We enjoyed the open spaces and the pool with covered patio. Perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and evening drinks. A little far from the beach for the non biking members of our group. Wish we had access to the garage to store beach items but otherwise great space.

We all loved the house/home’s location because we’ve always stayed in Sea Pines. Having bike trails, HarborTown, South Beach, Beach Club, Sea Pines Center all inside the plantation gives plenty to do. The home is comfortable and spacious to give everyone areas of activity in cooking/ tv watching, or quietly reading. The pool was great in view/access. We fished in the lagoon and caught a small brim/red breast. Everyone enjoyed being together in this lovely place.

We absolutely loved the location and setup of this home. It was perfect for our 3 couples plus our 8 month old niece. The scenery was lovely-the combination of the pool with the lagoon in the back was unique and incredibly peaceful. We loved being able to go on walks around the beautiful neighborhood, and enjoyed being walking distance from the beach. We would absolutely stay here again and are grateful to have had this home for our week-long stay. Thank you for everything!

Stayed here with my wife, five kids and two friends of ours. The house was in great condition and is wonderful to stay at. We loved the pool and view from the back patio. The location was great and was a short bike ride away from the beach, south beach marina and harbor town.

Our family of seven was delighted with our stay in this lovely. home. The house is big and airy with plenty of room for us all to spread out. All of us, kids and adults alike, loved the pool . Our only complaint was that we could have used more instruction about how to use the somewhat intimidating ovens, but that was a very small defect in an otherwise comfortable and well equipped property. We especially liked the location, halfway between Harbor Town and South Beach.

This was our first visit to HHI. I searched 100s of properties but there was something about this property that caught our attention. It was PERFECT! 4 full bedrooms (1st Floor: 1 w/ 2 twins, 1 w/ queen and Master w/ King. 2nd Floor: 1 w/ King and Loft with Bunk Beds and Trundle), 4 Full Ensuite bathrooms. The layout is perfect: a Dining Room, Kitchen (fully stocked) and Living Room was an Open Concept but it also had another large Sitting/Living Room with an Office for anyone that wanted their own space. The Patio, Pool and Hot Tub were fantastic and enjoyed daily. The temperature of the pool was perfect at the end of May. The Lagoon/Lake was enjoyed by all the fisherman in the family. The beach was a 5 min bike ride from the house. The Sea Pines Resort is like an all inclusive hideaway with everything you need within the resort. The property is private and quite and the driveway had plenty of room for 4 vehicles and 5 bikes. The pictures of this property do not do it justice!! There was something for all 10 of us (ages 15-75). We rented Bikes from Forest Beach Surf (got a discount for renting w/ Beachside Getaway) and we rented beach chairs and umbrellas from VayK Gear (had a credit for renting through Beachside Getaway). Quinn with Beachside Getaway was great to work with, he answered all my questions in a timely manner. All in all, this was one of our most laid back, easy going vacations. We would highly recommend both HHI and this property!
This rental is extremely well kept and the service was amazing and very proactive. They checked on us several times to ask how things were and if there was anything that we needed. Would definitely visit again.
