This property was great for our large family with plenty of bedrooms and space for all of the kids and adults to be comfortable and spend time together. The pool was a great place to hang out after the short walk back from the beach each day and the ping pong table provided lots of entertainment in the evenings. Overall this was a great property that was very quiet, but a quick drive to other plantations and shopping for additional things to do if desired.

Property was spacious enough to give 4 kids age 5 and under plus 7 adults their own space!!:) Easy walk to beach along a path lined with live oaks and pine trees!! Beautiful!

Overall the house we were happy with our stay. Location of the house is great and the area seems safe. Beach was a very short walk and restaurants were only 7-15min drive.

This is a great house, you can not go wrong with this place. We stayed here for one week with our two kids, and we enjoyed it so much. Few steps to the beach, large heated pool, covered with mosquito nets, bath tub. The kitchen is full, we found everything we looked for. The restaurants are bike ride away. The host is very responsive and they did everything to make our stay comfortable. If you plan to use the pool heating, make sure to ask in advance, so that it is ready when you arrive. Overall great place, we will be back again.

What an amazing house! It's beautiful, spacious, and was exactly what we expected from looking at the pictures in the Airbnb listing. Within our party, there were 9 adults and 1 toddler, and there were enough beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms for each of our families. The location was great, as it was super close to everything we planned on our itinerary - beach, grocery shopping, cafes, hiking trails, golf courses, etc. Such a great location, and in what felt like such a safe neighborhood. Bedsheets, pillows, bathroom towels, and pool/beach towels were all provided for. We were offered beach additions (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) and bike rentals with other companies but since we stayed at this location, were offered discounts with the company. This particular location also did not have a pack and play available, but Beachside offered the number of a company who was able to bring one to our property within the same day. The communication has been great with Beachside. They emailed us confirmation of booking, and were responsive when we had questions regarding the listing/booking. Beachside has been great with responding to my inquiries and very quickly. Great response times, and emailed us again prior to our departure as a reminder of what was expected of the tenants prior to checking out (ie washing beach towels, throwing out trash, etc.). We truly loved our stay at this house and would definitely consider staying with Beachside again. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your property!

The house was very nice, accommodating for our large family. Pool, hot tub very nice. Overall, a very nice place.

My extended family had a great time staying at this house. It’s large with lots of room to spread out. We loved having access to the garage with the extra fridge and room to store our bikes. The pool is quite large and it was nice to have it screened in. Very easy walk to the beach. Most of the house is updated and we found the online pics to be accurate. The house was very clean. We had a couple of things we needed to call Beachside Getaway about and they were fantastic—easy to get ahold of and very quick to try and accommodate us. If you’re bringing a big group plan to buy some ice—this property could use an ice maker. Overall we enjoyed this property and it’s amenities very much!

Great house in an ideal location, 1min walk from the beach. Lots of space, nice pool, everything was clean and accurate to the listing. Beachside we’re great with communication and check-in/out.

We had a fun spring break here. Great location near beach and just outside sea pines gate, house well equipped, easy and clean! Tons of space — we didn’t need half the bedrooms, but it would fit several families easily. The kitchen might be small for a larger group but there are lots of dishes, pots, pans, etc so it would work. Multiple dining areas too! Huge pool, heated well once it was turned on. The screened roof keeps out debris from trees and it was brighter than the pictures made it appear— it was really nice sitting out there. Lots of beach and bath towels provided, which was great. This place was perfect for our three families on a spring break trip! Everything was well thought out, very clean, and it was the perfect location. Short walk to the beach through the neighborhood walkway. Kids loved the hot tub. Plenty of room to spread out. Highly recommend this place!
