This home is a 7-bedroom, 8 and a half bathroom luxury oceanfront home located in North Forest Beach. With its spacious design and comfortable furnishings, this stunning property is the perfect vacation rental for large groups of up to 30 guests.
Step inside the spacious main floor and be greeted by the magnificent views from the large open floor plan. Cook up a feast in the gourmet kitchen with it's large island, or relax in the multiple sitting areas, complete with a wine room. The main floor is also home to the primary bedroom suite. Take a quick step outside to the large porch including the outdoor grill and summer kitchen. Enjoy the salt-tinged air while entertaining guests.
The second floor boasts 3 king bedrooms with en-suites, a Jr. primary bedroom suite with a roll-in shower, and a queen-queen guest room with en-suite. There's also a laundry room and desk/work area for those who can remote into the office. The second floor is finished off with a living room and covered porch with ocean views.
On the third floor, the bunk room provides sleeping arrangements for up to 16 guests with 4 queen beds and 4 full beds, complete with 2 en-suites with showers. This floor cannot be accessed by the elevator. Additionally, there is a balcony overlooking the ocean, that can be locked out upon request if you wish to restrict children from this area. .
Back to the ground floor, you will find the pool and the path to the beach! Take a dip in the covered, private 27 x 22 pool and spa with water features, or lounge on the pool deck with plenty of seating. Enjoy the best of both worlds with private beach access and ping pong table. This home also offers wireless internet throughout and an elevator for your convenience. The elevator cannot reach the 3rd floor bunk room.
The house is equipped with video surveillance on all exterior entrances.

An absolutely lovely, relaxing property. The pictures are very accurate , however it does not depict the warmth and love we experienced in this beautiful setting. Listening to the ocean waves at night, the picturesque view, the gourmet kitchen, the custom bathrooms, the steam shower, I could just go on and on. Great for family members who may be physically challenged A perfect choice for family members of all ages

We cannot say enough about this property. It was the perfect amount of space for our group-10 adults, 10 kids ages 3-13. The property was beautiful, it was clean and everything was gorgeous. The pool and hot tub was perfect and so close to the beach. The management company was kind and responsive I would highly recommend it to all and hope to get to stay there again!

We had a large group of three different families (15 people total.) The house was in an amazing location, steps from the beach, a quick ride into Coligny, but far enough north not to have huge crowds on the beach. We loved it so much we asked to rent again next year!

This is a beautiful and very spacious house. It’s the perfect distance to beach. A few minor items came up, but the host responded very quickly to take care of us. I will mention that the pool heat was an extra charge, but the pool is great and the kids enjoyed swimming. We had a wonderful and relaxing time at this Hilton Head beachside house!
