A spacious kitchen is ready and waiting for the chef of the group! Complete with island, breakfast table with seating for four and bar area with seating for three. Guests that may have to check in with the office while away can take full advantage of the unique built in desk located in the kitchen area. Just off the kitchen, you will find the homes 2nd living area, complete with a flat screen television, DVD player and surround sound. From here, doors lead to the outside where you will find the pool, spa and access to the beach! The pool is surrounded with decking, tables, chairs, chaise lounges and a grill. This area is fenced in for privacy. Just thru the gate is the pathway that will take you and your guests directly to the beach…just steps away! Back inside, the main level also offers a powder room and utility room complete with washer, dryer and utility sink. Half a level up the homes distinctive staircase, are two guest bedrooms. The 1st is set with two twin beds, television and bathroom with shower while the 2nd is set with a queen size bed, TV and full bath. A 2nd master bedroom with walk in shower is located on the homes 2nd level, along with a guest bedroom complete with queen size bed, TV and full size bathroom. Sports fans will want to venture to the 3rd floor of this home, the BONUS ROOM! Complete with plasma TV, DVD, VCR and surround sound, enjoy your favorite sporting event in this room! This room is also equipped with a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests. Skylights bring in the island sunshine. No trip to Sea Pines would be complete without a trip to Harbour Town and the famous red and white striped lighthouse. If you enjoy biking, you are right next to a wonderful bike path that can lead you to explore for miles and miles! Heavily forested with majestic oak trees laced with Spanish moss, numerous lagoons and frequently seen alligators, palms and roaming deer contribute to making Sea Pines a natural semi tropical paradise at the South end of the island.
