74 Springwood Villa

I always try to downplay how things are going to be with rentals that I pick - we have had some bad ones. So our family and friends went into this with me emphasizing "Remember - this is just a place for us to sleep. If you don't like it- breathe." But everyone was so happy when we saw everything. This place is just wonderful! The rooms were great, the place was quiet when we needed it to be quiet, the pool was clean (and the pool cleaner whom I saw every day was personable and informative). The kids (5 teenagers) felt that it had a resort vibe. The walk to the beach was easy. I loved that we had parking numbers assigned to us because I hate stressing about ridiculous things. We will definitely return and use them again!

Our stay at 74 Springwood was great! The property was clean and quiet. The property was also close to Coligny Plaza and things to do. Walking distance to the beach or a short bike-ride. Beachside Getaway was prompt in their replies and always friendly.

Proximity to beach and restaurants was great.

This place was great. walking distance to playground, restaurantsand beach. The pool was great and the apartment was plenty big for our 7 guest. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay for a beach vacation

We loved it! It was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. The extra bathroom was definitely worth it with 5 adults. Quick walk to the beach and places to eat. Neighbors were quiet. We will definitely be staying here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space we had. We knew going in that it wasn’t new and shiny but that doesn’t mean it’s not fabulous. I read reviews before booking and someone mentioned the “lived in” feel. It did have a few cracked tiles but they just added to the charm. We were a family of 8 plus an infant staying 5 days. We were not on top of each other at any point. We will likely stay there again if we go back to HH.

The entire process was flawless, from on-line booking to pre-visit communications with Beachside Getaway staff; from check-in to check-out and even after-visit followups with us. Quinn checked in with us mid-stay and was available any time we needed. We opted to purchase our own chairs, umbrella and beach wagon but had a discount code from Beachside with a local outfit just in case we wanted to rent them instead. The condo was very comfortable and the amenities made us feel right at home. 74 Sprngwood Villa will be at the top of our list when we plan next year's visit to the island!

The posting description of the property was accurate. The location was walkable to Coligny shopping and beach area. Also accessible to many areas for shopping and restaurants- bike or car needed. Easy instructions for entry. Appreciated we were able to enter the unit a little early. Unit was very clean. Kitchen has basic utensils and everything needed for cooking. Napkins would be a basic that would have been nice. Beds are comfy. Bathrooms could use a bit of a refresh and a box of Kleenex would have been appreciated. Basic soap and shampoo supplied. The courtyard and pool looked inviting- but it was a little to cool to enjoy. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

My family and I had a great stay! The location was perfect, only about 10 minute walk to the beach! The rooms were spacious and clean, felt very homey! The condo itself was older so there was some definite wear and tear (cracks in tiles, grout coming up in the bathroom, stains on the couch, uneven wood floors) but nothing crazy. The house was clean which was all that mattered to us! The complex was quiet and peaceful, this is not the place to stay if you want to have loud/ long nights. Parking was great, we had enough spots plus a few extras in the back. For when we had a family dinner. The location was the real selling point for this place. There is no fitness center here but the host gave me a recommendation for a few gyms in the area with day passes, the weather was so perfect that I just went for nice long runs in the morning! Overall we had a great time, would definitely stay again!

This condo was conveniently located in Hilton head to many of the attractions and restaurants that we enjoy we will be looking forward to staying here many more times in the future as I will be participating we participating in the annual national golf week championship tour held every October this condo it was walking distance to the beach walking distance to restaurants Very well maintained and clean

Absolutely loved the stay. The pool was perfect for our kids, especially our one year old who got along great in the little 1 foot pool. The walk to lowcountry celebration park was also quick and easy, less than 5 minutes away and it’s awesome for kids. The beach is close or just a quick golf cart right compliments of Hilton Head Guest Services. Highly recommend Kenny B’s restaurant, just around the corner. Worth the wait! Overall, a wonderful Airbnb so close to everything great about hilton head island.

We always love coming to Hilton head island. This stay is great due to its location, walking distance to the beach and shops (8-10 min walk or 5 min bike ride) this stay is great for about 6 people comfortably and maybe 7 If you’re ok with a couch! The pool is great, came with tons of towels and is overall a great place on the island to stay.

Condo was good, location was good. The public beach is absolutely insane this time of year at that location though, We ended up driving 15 minutes to a different beach. Condo needs more bath linens, and lighting in 2 bathrooms needs to be updated terribly.

Excellent location. Convenient for everything, e.g. dining, shopping, and all kinds of beach activities. Clean and comfortable. Great to have a bathroom for every bedroom for privacy and flexibility. Overall, the rental experience was a pleasant and enjoyable one!

This property was a great value for the location and the accommodations offered. Rooms were plenty big and comfortable for our families, the kids loved the pool. The biggest factor for us choosing this property was the property’s closeness to Coligny plaza.

Great place. Close to good, parks, beach, shopping.

We liked everything about this condo. If you have trouble with the internet, contact the property manager. We didn't and probably should have considering it was March Madness and the Miami Open tournaments.
