147 Evian is a beautiful 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom villa on the second floor with great views of the lagoon. This villa has a great open floor plan. Enjoy the large deck that overlooks the lagoon. The dining area seats 6 and there is also room for 2 more at the bar area. The living room has plenty of seating with 2 large couches (one is a sleeper sofa) and a love seat where you can enjoy the large flat-screen TV. There is also a wet bar in the living room for your enjoyment. The guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds as well as a desk area and a flat-screen TV. There is a full bathroom in the hall along with full-size washer and dryer. The large master bedroom offers a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. The ensuite, private bathroom is large and has a walk-in shower. Just a few minutes' walk and you can enjoy the community pool overlooking the lagoon or play tennis on one of the many on-site courts Evian has to offer.***Pool open seasonally, please inquire before booking***

Easy check in and great villa! Thank you!
Exactly as described. So clean! Comfortable. Plenty of space for a family of four. Excellent communication with rental staff who were very helpful. The grounds are beautiful and provided lots to do (bike paths, tennis courts, pool). We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen was both well stocked and functional.
