Absolutely loved staying at this house during our week in Hilton Head. The place was even better than the pictures and descriptions provided. Great use of the space of the house and super accommodating to a group needing to split people up into different beds/rooms. The best part of this house is the location. It's in a very private area and has direct beach access just steps outside of the front door. Oceanfront style access without the price. Our beach area was completely open as many days, we were the only ones on the stretch of sand which was so ideal. Highly recommend and will be back!

The pictures do not describe how beautiful this home is. Surrounded by trees and spanish moss along with an abundance of wildlife, we felt secluded in this lovely beach cottage. The home had everything that we needed, and we loved the fenced-in porch and close walkable distance to the beach. The home is beautifully decorated and up to date with comfortable beds. Host is super responsive and great to work with. The air conditioning worked wonderfully even during the hottest temperatures. We will definitely return.

A home away from home! This was our second stay here, and it was even better than the first time we stayed. A third bathroom has been added since our first stay, and that was a game-changer! The house has everything you need; just pack your bags and go. Don’t hesitate!

We had a wonderful time in HHI. House was perfect for our family of 4. Stocked with everything we needed, comfy beds, kitchen stocked with everything, and beach supplies that came in handy! They were very responsive to any communication.

The house is spacious and clean. The location cannot be beat with it being a very short walk to the sand. The house had multiple beach chairs and toys to use which was convenient, and the screened in porch was great!

The house is not only beautifully decorated but also very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. And it is a very short walk to the beach! Karen is very quick to respond. I want to book her place again for next summer!

This House is very close to the beach! 5 minutes max. The host has a fully furnished kitchen for all your needs and also has a wide variety of sand toys for the children and plenty of beach chairs. For the price and the location this home can not be beat! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This home will exceed your expectations. The home contained so many amenities, more than what the website states. And the location cannot be beat. For family time, this is a perfect home to stay in.

Can’t say enough great things about the house and location. The house was more spacious than expected. The walk to the beach was just a short few minutes down a private path which led to a quiet section of the beach. There were a ton of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas to use. And Karen was a great host!

The house was equipped with everything needed for our vacation. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys. The house was spacious enough for the eight of house. The location is perfect close to the beach and many other places.

Pictures don’t do this place justice! This house had all the amenities of home (that most other airbnb places did not- from beach chairs/umbrellas/popup tents/toys/fishing rods to ziplock bags/sugar/spices/aluminum foil/scent free laundry detergent) with the best proximity (beach access across the street from the house-still needed our beach wagon with kids) to a nearly private section of the beach. The host was so prompt with her communication and she went out of her way to accommodate us. We had toys to entertain not only our infant but our preschooler. The bathroom in the kids room even had a special vent nightlight. It was the perfect retreat for our multigenerational beach getaway.

Excellent location and layout of the house allowed my family room to spread out. My mother who uses a walker was able to access the house easily. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the games and beach supplies. Highly recommend this home!

comfortable, clean place in a quiet area in Hilton Head yet very close to bike path and cologny park. the house was especially good for us because we traveled with family with mobility issues. the host was very kind and responsive. I recommend.

Perfect beach home away from home! Steps away from the beach. Lovely beach decor, larger than expected. Stayed with our three young children and there was plenty of space and beach toys/board games to enjoy. Very clean with everything you need. Karen was an excellent host - very quick to communicate and helpful.
